If you could, you'd want to talk to horses too: '7 Secrets to Talking to Horses' by San Kawada

The 'Book Club Kai,' where you're sure to have some kind of fun encounter whenever you visit.

While paying for the books and goods I chose, something I hadn't noticed before caught my eye in the shop, even though I thought I'd already looked through everything...

So, for today, I just noted down the author's name and requested the book at the library first.

Then, it arrived right away: '7 Secrets to Talking to Horses.' I've also requested another book by the same author, Kawada-san, so I'm looking forward to that arriving too.

Now then. I read through it page by page, gazing at the horse illustrations drawn by Kawada-san.

Since I was born in the Year of the Horse, I had assumed I understood them, but I realized I didn't know anything about horses as living creatures at all.

And it's fascinating.

It seems horses communicate their current feelings through their body movements. It was an eye-opener to realize that horses were this expressive!

And, is there a way to get horses to talk to you in 'Horse language'?

The Year of the Snake is almost over, and the Year of the Horse is coming.

With the new year approaching, there will likely be a flood of horse-related goods, but picking up a horse picture book is a great idea too. I want to talk to trees, but if possible, I'd like to talk to horses too. With that said, I highly recommend this book.
