Masterpiece Menu Development Project: Courtesy Visits to the Governor of Aichi Prefecture and the Mayor of Nagoya as Participating University Students for the 2025 Shopping District Masterpiece Test Market
November 4, 2025. We are 4th-year students from the Maruyama Seminar.
We paid courtesy visits to the Governor of Aichi Prefecture and the Mayor of Nagoya and had them sample our product.
On November 14th and 15th, we will be selling the "Flave Raw Bread 'Pumpkin Story'," a product jointly developed by Kinjo Gakuin University and Bread & Cafe Flave, at Kanayama Station. We presented this product to officials at the Aichi Prefectural Government and the Nagoya City Hall. Both the Mayor of Nagoya and the Governor of Aichi Prefecture shared their impressions, saying it was sweet and delicious, and that they thought it was fruit.
A commemorative photo in front of the prefectural office! We were nervous, but as students studying to be registered dietitians at Kinjo Gakuin, we were able to convey our desire to make people smile through food and contribute to health promotion through eating to both the Governor and the Mayor.

The flyer for the market is also complete!
Please come to the "Shopping District Masterpiece Test Market 2025" (November 14th and 15th at Kanayama Station) to try our fluffy, healthy, and safe sweets made with pesticide-free pumpkins, which are both satisfying and delicious!
