Meaningless~ What are you talking about? [Radio] [Creative Award Impressions]

Although the program has already ended, I would like to write my impressions of the Creative Award while introducing the TBS radio show "Kosakin Muriyari 100%".

The Creative Award entry in question is "Three Years. Shouting 'What are you talking about?' in the back alleys of the no+e town" by Konishi Kinoko.

Now, starting with the radio talk.

When I was in junior high school, my only friend introduced me to "Kosakin." Do you know it? It's "Kosakin," named after "Kosa" for Kazuki Kosakai and "Kin" for Tsutomu Sekine.

"Kosakin Muriyari 100%" was the title when I was listening, but "Kosakin DE Wao!" might be more familiar since it aired for a longer period. It was even revived and broadcast recently.

The "Kosakin" radio show was also known as "Sakoku (Closed Country) Radio."

From start to finish, the broadcast was a continuous stream of "Meaningless~" and "Stupid~," which makes one hesitate to listen, but once you start, it has an addictive quality that makes it impossible to stop. And, I was successfully unable to stop. It's what people nowadays call a 'swamp' (addiction).

It's difficult to convey the stupidity of this program, but I will introduce an easy-to-understand segment.

It's the "Stop with the Photo Gags!" segment.

Listeners send in photo gags, like graffiti on portraits in textbooks, to the program. Mukkun (Kazuki Kosakai) and Rabby (Tsutomu Sekine) then desperately try to explain them in words while laughing through tears. It's a segment where listeners imagine the photos and grin. How is it? Did I explain it well?

By the way, the name of the "Stop with the Photo Gags!" segment was coined by Sanma Akashiya. It comes from when he appeared as a guest and said, "You can't understand photo gags on the radio. Stop with the photo gags!"

This program saved me during my lonely junior high school days. And my sense of humor became all about "Meaningless~" and "Stupid~."

I used to dream that one day I could post material like the regular postcard writers (listeners who keep sending postcards and emails to the program).

Time has passed, and it is now. Before I knew it, I have been posting on note. I had been wanting to post "Meaningless~" and "Stupid~" works someday too.

However, when I try to press the post button, I hesitate. That kind of talk only makes sense in a place that understands "Kosakin," and if I post it in the general town of note, people will just think, "What are you talking about?"

At that time, I happened to see the all-purpose tag "#WhatAreYouTalkingAbout".

The theme for the "Weekly Short Short note" that I participate in every week, organized by Tarahakani-san, was so difficult that it turned into a "Meaningless~" and "Stupid~" work.

Maybe, just maybe, this could work!

I took a leap of faith and posted it with the versatile tag "#WhatAreYouTalkingAbout". As a result, I received many views and likes, got comments, and was even selected for the Tara Selection.

I see, so this was okay after all. I heard the sound of my own bias, which had been focused on the reader, finally falling away. "#WhatAreYouTalkingAbout" gave me the courage to write what I want to write and post it.
