[Yotsubakai] Unlimited Spot Removal Report | Real Wait Times, Pain, and Cost Summary
30-something.
Between playing sports under the scorching sun, outdoor sales work, worsening spots after childbirth, and taking my child to the park every day...
Before I knew it, the spots on my face had reached their worst level ever.
I thought, 'This is it... I have to do something!' and finally went for the unlimited spot removal I'd been dreaming of.
I was planning to get it done at a major clinic, but then I transferred to Nagoya.
And wouldn't you know it, Nagoya has one.
That famous, super-cheap Yotsubakai...!
However, Yotsubakai has a lot of mixed reviews, so I was honestly nervous.
And there are surprisingly few realistic experience reports online.
So, I'm going to write about it candidly.
My past treatment history
I have had the following treatments in the past.
• Shinagawa: Photo Silk 2-3 times
• Pico Laser: Around the nose (about 1cm x 1cm)

Things to know before you go
1. You need to wash your face if you have skincare on
If you have even toner on, you will have to wash your face before the treatment.
2. Be careful with colored contacts
They say if you are wearing colored contacts, they will have to avoid the area around your eyes significantly.
(If you want to target the eye area, I recommend going without contacts)
3. Payment is cash only
Be careful, as you will be stuck if you assume you can pay by card.
How long is the wait? Is it crowded?
Total time from reception to payment was about 1 hour.
I was told it 'might be a wait' if I used the same-day discount, but this was well within my acceptable range.
Does it hurt?
Honestly, it hurts.
But it wasn't at an 'unbearable level,' and I was able to endure it.
(It's similar to being snapped by a rubber band)
Clinic atmosphere
It is completely assembly-line style.
It has nothing to do with friendliness or customer service.
However, I'm the type who doesn't look for hospitality from doctors, so I was actually very satisfied.
During the examination, they properly checked my skin condition and whether I had melasma,
and they even gave me information like, 'Pico toning might be applicable in the future.'
It was the bare minimum, but I felt they checked what needed to be checked.
This is what my skin looked like right after the treatment
There is some redness and reaction, but it was within my expectations.
I will post updates on the progress, so please wait!
The real challenge starts now: UV care is life
After spot removal, UV protection is the most important thing.
If I let my guard down here, it will all be for nothing, so
I will buckle down and do my best with UV protection.
Summary (Yotsubakai unlimited spot removal, conclusion)
• Affordable and they perform the procedure properly
• Wait time is about 1 hour (acceptable even with same-day discount)
• There is pain, but it is tolerable
• Don't expect much from the customer service (it's like an assembly line)
• Be careful with colored contacts and payment methods
I hope this is helpful for those interested in Yotsuba-kai!
