[Self-Introduction] I am quitting daily posts and looking for friends to share dreams with every day. Precisely because I am nobody, I want to become somebody.
I want many people to read my articles on note.
If so, I must start by getting noticed.
That's it, I'll post every day!!
I worked hard on posting every day with that kind of mindset.
However, I realized something.
My goal had become increasing the number of followers.
The people I connect with through this inevitably end up beingpeople who want followers.too.
In other words, shallow relationshipsare all I've been able to build, and it's common to find that people have unfollowed me before I even noticed. 😢
It would be a huge lie to say I don't care about the number of followers or likes, but
■ I genuinely want to connect with people who read my writing and resonate with it.
■ I want to take the time to read the posts of the people I connect with and leave comments.
■ I want to build long-term relationships.
And someday, I want to make my dreams come true. Together with everyone.
With that thought in mind, I decided to start posting on note.

A list of impressive-sounding titles might follow, but my life has by no means been smooth sailing, as I failed my high school, Coast Guard, and Waseda entrance exams at least once. 😇😇😇
I also plan to write about my failures regarding my upcoming study abroad at an American graduate school.
I have compiled articles about the process from aiming to be a Coast Guard officer to my resignation and my university life, so I would be happy if you could read them.
🪙About My Dream
✅I want to be rich.
How vulgar of you to say that!
I might get bashed for saying that, but
there are things I want to do once I become rich.
It is a scholarship program.
Of course, a non-repayable one.
Although I am not well-versed in education, I hope that an environment can be created where more students can challenge themselves in research without having to worry about financial instability.
After I entered university, I myselfwas helped by a scholarship.
Because I had work experience, age restrictions meant I couldn't even apply for many scholarships, and in my first year of university, I had completely given up.
Still, I maintained high grades, worked part-time jobs while focusing on my studies so that I could appeal to someone, someday, and spent my school life wearing down my sleep and physical strength. Then, surprisingly, multiple foundations recognized my efforts and accepted me as a scholarship student appeared.
Supported by everyone at the foundations, I quit my part-time jobs entirely, focused on research activities, and was able to present at academic conferences and participate in expeditions while writing my graduation thesis.
I am currently in the process of preparing for study abroad, and I have also secured a scholarship for my time abroad.
Through these experiences, there is something I have felt firsthand.
Money isn't everything, but a certain amount of money is absolutely necessary.
Therefore, I want to turn the tables and be on the side that provides scholarships as a scholarship project.
I personally think categories are complete nonsense.
Private vs. Public
Liberal Arts vs. Sciences
Urban vs. Rural
Current student vs. Ronin
Student vs. Working professional
Male vs. Female
Japanese vs. International student, etc...
I want to break down these walls and
support as many people as possible so they can focus on their studies.
Also, I don't think very highly of debt (loan-type scholarships) associated with education.
Even though they managed to get a degree and land a wonderful job, for some reason, they cannot be happy because they are burdened with debt.
There are even people who end up doubting their own reason for existing.
When you have money,
■ You can protect yourself.
■ If you can protect yourself, you can protect your loved ones.
■ If you can protect your loved ones, people will be drawn to you.
■ If people are drawn to you, new encounters will be born.
I have no evidence for this, but I believe it.
🎓 How I came to have this dream
So, why scholarships instead of volunteering?
There are many volunteer groups at Waseda University, where I am enrolled.
Seeing their activity reports and posts warms my heart.
I want to try this too.
However,
I want to support students who take on challenges, and
I want to support working professionals who are reskilling and learning anew.
✅ The significance of people gathering.
When you publicly recruit scholarship students, talented people gather.
This is something I felt firsthand when I participated in a certain foundation's gathering as a scholarship student.
I want to connect with students who are talented and have a desire to take on challenges.
Meet with scholarship students, and
What are you thinking about?
What do you think is needed in this environment right now?
How do you perceive this problem in your field?
What do you think we can do with the people gathered here?
I want to think about such things with everyone.
It is good to connect the insights gained from there to each of our activities (I also want to connect them to my own research),
it is good to
collaborate on research with the people you met there, and it is also good to
develop it into a business from there.
The potential of people gathering is tremendous.
If talented and energetic people gather, the possibilities are infinite.
Probably, anyway.
That is why, in order to make this a reality, I want to become wealthy for a while.
🛣️ The direction of my note
On note, I will publish my experiences and thoughts to date just as they are. There are some dark contents, such as painful things, difficult things, and things that did not come true, but it is precisely because I had that past that I can look forward now.
■ Support someone's back through my own posts.
■ Strengthen the connections gained through posting.
■ Gather companions.
Age, educational background, and work history really do not matter.
I want to know where the people who light a fireball in their hearts are.
Precisely because I am nobody, I want to connect with people who, even as they get older, continue to think that they want to become somebody.
If you support me, please let me know by clicking 'like'.
If you want to connect, please let me know by leaving a comment.
It is okay to be uncool. It is okay to be older.
I want to continue to challenge myself honestly according to my own passion, without holding back for anyone.
✅ That is the kind of person I am.
