🟩 Chapter.1 🟩
- Reading Details -

🟥 Chapter.2 🟥
- What is True Freedom -
All problems are interpersonal relationship problems.
People seek liberation from interpersonal relationships
and seek freedom from them.
Based on this,
the conclusion to "What is freedom?" is
being disliked by others.
✅️ Do not care about the evaluation of others.
✅️ Do not fear being disliked by others
✅️ Not being approved by anyone
Unless you pay these costs,
you cannot live your own way.
However, that is by no means easy.
Everyone wishes to live
without being disliked by anyone.
The important thing is
toseparate tasksas follows.
✅️ Wishing not to be disliked
→Your own task
✅️ Whether they dislike you or not
→Others' task
In order to gain happiness,
it is only when you have the "courage to be disliked"
that interpersonal relationships become much lighter.

🟦 Chapter.3 🟦
- The Goal of Interpersonal Relationships -
In interpersonal relationships,
the separation of tasks, such as your own tasks and others' tasks,
becomes the starting point.
So, what is the goal?
It is to see others as comrades and
to be able to gain the sense that "I have a place here"
(community feeling).
And this community feeling
becomes the most important indicator
for thinking about how to have happy interpersonal relationships.
The important thing is
to shift from obsession with yourself to interest in others.
A way of life that only cares about how others see you
and is only interested in yourself
is extremely self-centered.

🟣 Epilogue 🟣
- Summary of this session -
Through today's reading,
I learned about how to adopt a mindset
that makes life easier!
Are you tired of your relationships?
"All problems are interpersonal relationship problems."
This is the conclusion of Adlerian psychology.
And, true freedom is
"being disliked by others."
Don't worry about the evaluation of others,
and don't fear being disliked.
Unless you pay this cost,
you cannot live your life on your own terms.
"Wishing not to be disliked" is your task.
"Whether or not to dislike you" is the task of others.
This separation of tasks is the
first step to lightening the burdens of life!
So, what is the goal of interpersonal relationships?
It is to view others as comrades,
and to gain the sense that
"I have a place here."
In other words, it is "community feeling"!
Shift your obsession with yourself
to an interest in others.
Doesn't it make you feel excited to think that you can build happy relationships that way?✨
If you find yourself thinking,
"I'm always worrying about what others think of me..."
or "I want to shine more as my true self!"
why not try adopting
this concept of community feeling?
