Negative emotions like anger and jealousy are things
everyone has.
Even so,the discipline of not letting your emotions be stirredis necessary.
[First-class]
Too busy to dwell on negative emotions
Recognize the factors behind negative emotions, but
do not let your emotions be stirred.
Have a processing plant in your heart to erase negative emotions
and detoxify them through a system.
[Second-class]
Harboring negative emotions and letting them show on your face
Compare yourself to others and be controlled by anger.
Force those around you to check your mood,
and by failing to let things slide,
you lose what is truly important.

Due to strong preconceptions,
you pour out complaints and laments,
tiring out those around you.

Conflict with others
robs you of your life's time and energy.
Your stance during such times

Keep your distance to be happy
When you are about to clash with someone,
quickly take a step back.
Do not try to refute them head-on,
and if you are in the wrong, apologize properly.
[Second-class]
Face them completely and try to get close
Even with feelings of anger,
you try to face them head-on,
and as a result, you repeat fruitless exchanges over and over.
[Third-class]
Endlessly dissing each other or getting beaten down
repeating horrific, incompetent arguments
and exposing your own lack of intelligence.

🟣 Epilogue 🟣
- Summary of this session -
Through today's reading,
I learned about how smart adults handle relationships
to avoid conflict!
Are you being swayed by negative emotions
like anger and jealousy?
Top-tier people recognize the causes of negative emotions
but do not let their emotions be moved.
They have a processing plant in their hearts to erase negative emotions
and detoxify them through a system.
It would be a waste to show it on your face or keep complaining
and lose what is important, wouldn't it?💡
Furthermore, clashes with people
steal your time and energy in life.
Choose to keep your distance to be happy,
and instead of arguing head-on, quickly take a step back.
And if you are in the wrong, apologize properly.
This stance toward conflict
leads directly to trust🤝
If you are thinking,
"I'm exhausted from relationship conflicts..."
"I want to live my life more wisely and peacefully!"
If that's how you feel,
why not use this as a reference
for how to face conflicts?
