Hello, I'm Tochamin.

In doing so,I have condensed the things that stayed in my heart and the insights I learned
into tips for living!
I hope they are useful for your daily life too♪
This time,
it's about how to deepen your humanity to connect at the core!
* Please also check out this article for the reasons why I continue reading and what I learn (^^)!!
🟩 Reading Details 🟩

🟥 Lesson ① 🟥
- The Stage Revealed by How You Ask Questions -
A single question reveals what you have accomplished so far,
what value you have provided,
and how much you are needed.
[First-Class]
Ask about turning points
Instead of asking about the reasons for success,
ask about times when things didn't go well.
How did they face difficulties and break through?
Listening to that struggle with respect
is the best way to ask questions that connect
with the essence of the other person.
[Second-Class]
Ask only about the reasons for success
You might gain something,
but you haven't heard about the effort leading up to the success.
You fail to touch the essence and end up with a shallow relationship.
[Third-Class]
Ask things you should already know
You have no interest in other people's challenges,
nor the ability to imagine them by overlapping with your own.
You waste the other person's time with empty questions
that didn't need to be asked.

🟦 Lesson ② 🟦
- Humanity Seen Through How You Are Talked About -
"Thanks to that person, I was able to change."
The number of times this is said about you
determines your level of influence and respect.
How you are talked about
becomes a barometer of your influence.
[First-Class]
Talked about by the number of people you helped win
Within a system where you can gain your own profit,
you generously offer your know-how
and produce victory for everyone.
You casually offer words that help organize life better,
and you rejoice in that person's growth.
[Second-Class]
You want to win yourself
You think about wanting to win yourself rather than helping others win.
It's not about nurturing or helping others win,
but pushing people away with an aura of exploitation.
[Third-Class]
Having nothing to talk about
Focusing only on your own misfortunes,
with little ambition or passion.
Having no stories to tell others,
being half-hearted and having nothing to offer.

🟣 Epilogue 🟣
- Summary of this session -
Through today's reading,
I learned how to deepen my humanity
to connect at the core!
Are you able to ask questions in conversation
that make people respect you?
Top-tier people, rather than asking about the reasons for success,
ask how others faced and overcame difficulties.
By asking with a sense of respect,
you connect with the other person's essence
and build deep bonds that don't end in shallow relationships.
This is a major point!✨
And, top-tier people don't just talk about their own interests,
they are defined by how many people they have helped win.
They provide know-how generously
and produce victory for everyone.
They find more joy in others' growth than their own profit,
and can effortlessly offer words that help organize life for the better.
This is the humanity that increases influence and respect,
and it shows that their core approach to life is different.🤝
If you think,
"I want to deepen my human relationships!"
"I want to be someone who can
support the growth of others!"
why not adopt these questions and attitudes
that connect at the core?
