🟠 Prologue 🟠
- Introduction -
Hello, this is Tochamin.
I usually read for about 30 minutes a day.
In doing so,I have compiled things that touched my heart and insights I learned
as tips for living!
I hope they are useful for your daily life too♪
This time,
it is about the direction of effort and thinking for success!

🟩 Reading Details 🟩

🟥 Lesson ① 🟥
- Don't do it alone, be conscious of roles -
What is important for achieving success is
not doing everything by yourself,
but having others do what you cannot.
Things that take 10 years for one person
can be done in 1 year by 10 people.
If a synergy effect works,
there is a possibility of shortening it even further.
What becomes important here is
the roles of the members.
Among the overseas Chinese,
teams are organized with the following three roles.
✅️ The Thinker
(Business plan formulation)
✅️ The Executor
(Task execution)
✅️ The Financier
(Investment)
There is no need to be someone who can do everything.
By pursuing your own role based on your aptitude and future prospects,
the direction in which you should exert effort
becomes simple.
After strengthening your own role,
if you create a team with people who specialize in other roles,
you can accelerate anything.

🟦 Lesson ② 🟦
- Raise your hand and try it first -
When a work opportunity comes around
and there is a situation where you can raise your hand,
have you ever thought or hesitated,
wondering if you can do it?
If you have this mindset,
you won't get the chance.
If you don't clearly know what lies beyond doing that job,
there is no point in thinking about it.
If you raise your hand without hesitating,
you can get a chance to succeed.
If you don't raise your hand, the possibility is zero.
Regardless of the result,
whether you perceive it as a success or not
is up to you.
Trying it faster than anyone else is
the shortcut to achieving success.

🟣 Epilogue 🟣
- Summary of this time -
Through the reading of this day,
I learned about the direction of effort and thinking for success!
Are you trying too hard
to do everything by yourself?💦
The secret to success is
to leave what you cannot do to others.
Things that take time for one person
can be finished quickly if it's a team🚀
Be conscious of each other's roles
and pursue your own area of expertise.
If you do that, the direction of your effort
will become surprisingly simple!
Also, when a chance comes along,
hesitating by asking yourself, "Can I do this?"
is a waste.😟
No one knows what the future holds.
Before you sit around thinking about it,
first, raise your hand and say "Yes!"✋
Moving faster than anyone else
is the shortest route
to grasping future success.🏃♂️💨
If you
"want to accelerate your life more"
"want to achieve great things with your peers!"
if you think that,
why not challenge yourself with everything
while being conscious of your role?
