I usually read for about 30 minutes a day.
In doing so,I have condensed the things that left an impression on me and the lessons I learned
into tips for living!
I hope they are useful in your daily life too♪
This time,
it's about not taking things for granted
in human relationships!

🟥 Chapter.2 🟥
- Speak as if Today is the Last Day -
While living surrounded by many people,
there is something sad that is absolutely unavoidable.
That is,the fact that a time of parting
will surely comewith everyone.
Because they are by your side as if it were natural,
you end up assuming
that your loved ones will be there forever.
However, there is no 100% guarantee
that you will be able to be with that person tomorrow.
No matter the form of the parting,
feelings of regret like "I should have done this more"
will inevitably well up.
To avoid regrets
when the inevitable parting comes someday,
what words would you say if today were the last day?
It is also important tobe conscious of the words you say on a daily basis.

🟦 Chapter.3 🟦
- Increase the Number of "Thank Yous" -
"Thank you"is
a word that is always present
in successful human relationships
and successful conversations,without fail.
Don't you think that's obvious?
However, thinking that way itself
might be proof that your gratitude is fading.
The more something is taken for granted,
the more people tend to forget to be grateful.
Do not let the feeling of embarrassment
stop you from expressing gratitude face-to-face.
Gather just a little bit of courage
and be conscious of being able to casually insert this word
into your daily conversations.
"Thank you."
Just by receiving these words, people feel energized.
By accumulating the act of saying these words,
you will bring great happiness into your own life.
Conversations where you can naturally express gratitude to each other
are the best way to talk.

🟣 Epilogue 🟣
- Summary of this time -
Through my reading today,
I learned the importance of not taking things for granted
in human relationships!
Don't you want to avoid regretting
that you "should have done more"
when you part ways with a loved one?
When someone is by your side, you assume it's natural,
and you end up believing
that your loved ones will be there forever.
However, there is no 100% guarantee
that you will be able to be with them tomorrow.
To avoid regrets
when the inevitable parting comes someday,
it is important to be conscious of the words you say on a daily basis, isn't it? 👀
And the magic words for living the best life are
"Thank you"!
Successful relationships and conversations
always include these words.
Because this is something we feel is natural,
we tend to forget to be grateful.
But just receiving the words
"thank you" can cheer you up, right!
Without being held back by the feeling of embarrassment,
I realized that it is important to
casually insert it into daily conversation 🎵
If accumulating these "thank yous"
can bring great happiness to life,
that makes me even happier ✨
If you are thinking,
"I want to improve my relationships, but
I don't know what to do..."
"I want to live more like myself and more abundantly!"
If you feel that way,
why not practice accumulating "thank yous"
to the people around you on a daily basis?
