"Horizon": The future is always beyond the horizon. A vow to walk through an uncertain world

I wrote this song during a period shortly after returning to my home country, when I couldn't adjust to the environment and felt a great distance from my past. Even though I was physically in Japan, my heart was still in the "place I had been," and the reality and future in Japan seemed as if they were beyond the horizon.

However, that is precisely why I sing of a strong determination to accept the unseen future not with fear, but as infinite possibility, and to keep walking forward. I hope you can feel a calm and unwavering hope, believing in the "light" that points the way forward amidst a difficult journey.

I wrote this "Horizon" during a period shortly after returning home, when I hadn't yet adjusted to my new life. It's the same period as "One Day" which I uploaded previously.

Even though I was physically in Japan, my heart was still in the "place I had been," and the reality and future in Japan seemed as if they were beyond the horizon. It felt as though my life had been reset, and everything was uncertain.

That is precisely why, instead of looking back at the past or the difficulties right in front of me, I projected a strong determination to find a new self and a new place to belong on the "Horizon" visible in the distance. For me, the horizon at that time was my only light of hope.

The core of this song is the "quiet strength" of moving forward one step at a time while accepting an "uncertain future (Someday this moment may shatter)". In the phrase, "I stumble, I struggle, yet rise in the end," I captured the universal strength of humans who face challenges even while feeling lost.

I hope you can feel the determination for an "eternal journey" of continuing to chase that uncertain light together with someone precious (or a belief).
