Failure is just a process. Finding success within it is like a treasure hunt.
I had a wonderful realization while talking with my wife this morning.
The program my wife watched the other day featured a Major League Baseball player answering questions from children. In it, one of the players said, 'It is important to get at least eight hours of sleep every day.' Since their daily lives are extremely busy and maintaining physical strength is the top priority, they need sufficient sleep.
'If he can sleep that soundly, it means he doesn't let failures in a game or negative feelings drag him down,' my wife said. 'He must be quick to switch his mindset.'
In our daily lives, on days when we fail at something, we sometimes can't sleep due to frustration or self-loathing. However, that Major Leaguer is likely different. Baseball is a game where failure is expected. Because it is a game, failure is part of the process. That is why they can enjoy failure. Within that, they find success.
My wife said that hearing the Major Leaguer's story made her feel lighter.

I think this also applies to the lives of us ordinary people.
While talking about it, I suddenly thought, 'This is like a treasure hunt.' When I felt that way, I started to feel more at ease, too. At the same time, a sense of excitement welled up.
In this world, failure is scattered about as if it were a natural thing. However, within that, there is always a 'treasure' called 'success.' Since the 'treasure' is there, all you have to do is find it. However, if you stop looking, you won't find the 'treasure'.
Therefore, you just need to not give up until you find the 'success'.
I suddenly gained an important realization.
