Challenges that arise in corporate AI utilization and what I have solved in my own company

Target: Executives of mid-sized companies with 50 to 300 employees who want to advance AI utilization but are struggling with implementation in the field

Common challenges in AI utilization

• We introduced AI tools, but conversely, confirmation work increased and we became busier

• We distributed AI tools to employees, but the gap between those who use them and those who don't is only widening

• Meeting memos and transcripts just pile up, and we aren't utilizing them for the next task

• Even when we have AI create drafts, the quality is inconsistent and we cannot trust it

• We have left it entirely to the IT department without having a dedicated person for AI promotion

What I have solved within my own company

• The line between tasks to delegate to AI and tasks for humans to perform has become clear

• I was able to narrow down 'what to start with first' to one thing and explain it to the company

• I realized that the cause of inconsistent quality was the 'absence of a checking system' and solved it through structural changes

An AI utilization consultant with expertise in technology, ethics, and practice

• Technology: Over 20 years of system development experience. I teach network and security at a university. I served as a special speaker on cybersecurity at the BCN Conference, where I received a 100% satisfaction rating from 85 out of 188 attendees.

• Ethics: As a lecturer at Heisei International University, I teach information ethics. At the Japanese Society for Quality Control, I delivered the keynote speech on AI implementation for professionals in the pharmaceutical industry, which has the strictest regulations in Japan.

• Practice: I continue to operate my own company by delegating tasks to AI and verify those systems daily. I do not just provide theory; I create working solutions.
