Introduction

Hello, I'm Kei.

Up until now, I have introduced content and words that I thought were "encouraging" or "might be useful." This time, I will also introduce "words that might be useful" to help lead a good life, which I consider to be "words" worth sharing.

Interpretation

Every person possesses one or two excellent talents. If they pour their full effort into polishing those talents, they can become a fully-fledged individual with their own unique characteristics.

Thoughts

I think this is a very encouraging and excellent saying for when you have lost confidence in yourself or when you don't know what talents you have. I also believe it hits the core of the matter. Personally, it is a saying I like very much. I don't think human superiority or inferiority can be measured by a single metric.
I believe everyone has excellent talents. I think it is a waste for anyone to give up on life thinking they have no talent. Even those who have not been recognized until now may simply not have had their specific abilities acknowledged in that environment; it does not mean they have no talent at all. By changing locations, one might be evaluated differently, or completely different abilities might be appreciated. If you are a working professional, your evaluation might change by going to a different company or changing your job type.
I think people around us should actively find and communicate the talents of those around them. Finding the talents of those around you is also something that people around you should do. I think it is better to actively communicate this, especially to people who are important to you.
In the current education system, I think it is inevitable that attention tends to focus on talents in academics or sports. This might be good for children who have talents in academics or sports, but I feel that not all children are like that. An environment where children with any kind of talent can shine is necessary. I want to create such an environment. If we can create an environment that supports the development of children's personalities while helping them discover their talents, I think it would be a good thing for both the children and society. I myself would like to strive to improve every day.

Conclusion

I think it is a waste to be caught up in a single metric and give up, thinking you have no talent. I think it would be good to keep in mind to actively find talents, both in yourself and in others.
Let's work together to create a society where we respect each other's talents and everyone can live with confidence!
