My Green Medicine Box | ①

For me, that is my "Mini Green Medicine Box."

Right away, I was looking back at some photos and found one from 9 years ago, so I'll share it with you♪

The Mini Green Medicine Box is
a small pouch
filled with self-care items.

It's a set that makes me happy to have, whether they are store-bought or things I've blended myself.
(It also provides peace of mind♪)

The contents have changed over time depending on my situation, my children's ages, and the season.

Nine years ago, my daughter was in the 5th grade of elementary school.
When she was a little younger, she loved the orange-flavored
Rescue Remedy gummies.

I'll introduce the set from back then.

📍Aroma spray
・A mist made with ethanol, purified water, and essential oils
・I blend essential oils (aroma) according to the purpose
(cold prevention, space purification, etc...)

・Also used for refreshing

📍Rescue Remedy pastilles
・Gummy-like candies containing
　Rescue Remedy flower essence.
・They were useful when my child felt anxious

📍Beeswax cream
・A cream made from beeswax and oil
・I use it to protect my skin
・When I make it myself,
　I blend essential oils according to the purpose

📍Sea salt
・Used for easy salt replenishment and in cooking
・It's also good for a little bit of purification♪

📍Remedies
・I use them in emergencies (anxiety, injuries, etc.)
・They are easy to use because they are small sugar pellets

I will introduce the 2025 version of the "Mini Medicine Box"
again at another time.
