whenever I think of a night drive, this song comes to mind first.
When I was a student, I listened to the "Sweet Soul ep" that contains this song over and over.
I also learned about Volvo from this music video.

She keeps the chorus as it is in the original, but changes all the other lyrics.
It has a strange sense of floating, and when I listen to it at night, I feel like it could whisk me away somewhere.
Amber-colored City, Morning of the Shanghai Crab / Quruli
It's stylish and pop, yet the melody and music video, which make you feel the end of the world somehow, are incredibly emotional. Tam-kun's illustrations are also great.

Kimi ga Suki / Mr.Children
When I had been dating my husband for half a year, we decided to go to a Mr.Children concert together, so I listened to their greatest hits album until I knew it by heart.
I can pretty much hum along to every song on that greatest hits album.
They are all such masterpieces, they've been a natural part of my life since I was a child, and everyone knows them.
It's truly amazing to keep creating songs like that for over 30 years.

I imagined that scene from the lyrics, but when I watched the music video, it was different from what I had expected.

The first Kirinji album I listened to was '3'.
When I first heard 'Aliens' included on '3', my heart trembled.
