[Cooking] Making Pizza with a Bread Machine
One Saturday in June.
I tried making pizza with my son at my parents' house.
The reason we did it at my parents' house is because they have a bread machine, which we don't have at home.
Just like when we made bread before, we used the bread machine to make the dough.
We measured the ingredients for the dough and put them into the bread machine.

While the bread machine was making the dough, we cut the toppings.
This time we used sausages, bacon, and tomatoes.
We used a bread knife so it wouldn't be dangerous, but his handling was already a bit shaky...
While I was nervous watching my son handle the knife, I left it to Grandma and just took pictures 😂

Once the dough was ready, we rounded it, let it rest for about 15 minutes, and then rolled it out with a rolling pin.

We poked holes in the dough with a fork to prevent it from puffing up,
spread the pizza sauce,

added the toppings,

sprinkled on some melting cheese,

and baked it in the oven—it's done!

The freshly baked pizza was piping hot, fragrant, and the cheese was melting perfectly; it was so delicious!
My son was also happy,
"It's delicious! It's like pizza from a restaurant!"

Homemade really is the best.
Although it takes time and effort, both the process of making it and eating what you've made are good experiences for a child.
Doing it together with Grandma will surely be a memory, too.
We baked a total of four pizzas, and we brought the leftovers home for Dad to eat as well.
Maybe seafood pizza with some seafood toppings would be good too.
Let's try making it again during summer vacation ♪
