Notes 20260606 Graz, Austria 🇦🇹 "Hanami Con"
Good morning.
This is the third performance of our European tour, and we are appearing at "Hanami Con" held in Graz, Austria.
Since we had a sound check in the morning, I woke up before 6:00 AM yesterday to get my body moving. Since arriving in Austria, the weather has been alternating between rain and sun every day. It was clear yesterday, but it was quite chilly in the early morning, barely reaching 15°C. It was cold enough that I felt it even while running outside in a short-sleeved shirt.
We entered the venue for the sound check. The sound team was very talented, and everything went perfectly with no issues at all. The event staff, starting with the organizers, are all very kind and friendly, and a wonderful atmosphere has been flowing through the venue the whole time.
It was much bigger than it looked and incredibly delicious.
So many people lined up, and the brief conversations I was able to have were a very enjoyable time.
He also plays the German version of Jotaro and is extremely popular.
We first met at the "DoKomi" event in Germany last year, and we get along well both professionally and personally.
The event continued with cosplayers and others mingling about.
The concert started at 20:45. I prepared while feeling the atmosphere of the venue as the anticipation gradually built up.
Then, right on time, the concert began.
The moment the passion of the Austrian audience, who had been waiting for us, exploded was so electrifying even from the stage.

With every song we played, the energy kept rising, and by the last four songs or so, it was a total explosion. The venue, which had been set up with chairs, had turned into a massive dance floor. Everyone looked like they were having such an incredible time, and my heart was full. It felt as if their bodies were reacting instinctively to the music and singing. What a wonderful thing that is.
You couldn't even tell where the chairs had been. Haha.
A 60-minute sprint. I had wondered if they might be shy, but that wasn't the case at all; thank you so much to the charming and emotionally expressive people of Austria!
From the very first song, the venue was filled with such intense heat that I was sweating buckets. I wondered if I would make it to the end, but my passion seemed to outweigh that concern. An unforgettable time.
After the concert, a DJ party started that went on until 1:00 AM, and we toasted with drinks while soaking in the loud music. Many people stopped by the merch booth after the show, and everyone looked so happy. I'm truly glad they picked things up.
It was quite a hearty meal. Haha.
I headed back to the hotel a little early, just past midnight.
I was completely exhausted. Especially since I had been on the go since the morning. I took a shower and slept like a log.
Today, the day after, I have another autograph session starting in the afternoon.
The event closes in the evening. Of course, it ends once the festival begins, but this time is truly irreplaceable, and the more wonderful it is, the more I find myself wanting even more. I get the impression that this "Hanami Con" is very much loved by the people in Graz and the surrounding areas. It's not a huge event, but that's exactly why the atmosphere is so lovely, allowing everyone to spend their time at their own pace and enjoy it in their own way. Seeing families attending across three generations made me think it was really wonderful.
I'll be enjoying the event today as well, even if it's just for a little bit.
