"Enjoying" wins, and "fun" is justice.
This is the motto I have valued most over the past few years.
While there may be times when one has to accept both the good and the bad, my stance is to increase this state as much as possible.
*The same thing was written in a signed copy of Cybozu President Aono's book, 'I Only Thought About the Team.'

I have a sense of self-reproach that I should have realized this way of thinking a little earlier, as there might have been a different path if I had.
The reason is that in my late teens and twenties, I was just unnecessarily edgy for no reason.
Today, I would like to introduce and talk about a few songs by my favorite band,
and the lyrics at the beginning of the second verse of this song remind me of that edgy version of myself.
In my teens, I cursed the world with eyes mixed with hatred and love
In my twenties, I learned of sadness and wandered the streets wanting to look away
In my thirties, I realized that my life is for the person I love
Ah, I realized it
As someone who experienced marriage and the birth of a child in my early thirties, I empathize with the final line, thinking, "Ah, this is me," but the point here is the part about my teens and twenties.
From my late teens, I fell into a way of thinking that could be called, in a sense, "chuunibyou" (middle school syndrome),"The world is bad because it doesn't recognize me."
It was exactly the situation of"cursing the world with eyes mixed with hatred and love."That said, if you do that without any achievements or track record, you won't gain any allies,
"Nobody understands my true greatness!"
I was thinking things that are embarrassing to even write about now.(That leads into the sadness of my twenties...)
What I consider a point of reflection here is
"couldn't I have enjoyed it more?"
Frankly speaking, your late teens and twenties can be called the peak of your life.
You have plenty of energy and physical strength, and you have time.
In such a brilliantly shining period, my honest feeling is that it is a pity thatthings like "hatred" came to the fore rather than "enjoying" things.
Of course, that might be an expression of energy due to youth, but
it is nothing more than the pity born of hatred, and it rarely creates a positive chemical reaction. In other words, it leads to stagnation.
What I thought was significant about "enjoying" is that it has a major impact not only on oneself but also on others.
"Fun" is contagious.
When you see someone saying, "This is fun," you start to want to be like that too.
The stagnation after I first started working might have been because I couldn't find these
"adults who look like they are having fun"within the company organization. From there, I started thinking in a negative spiral of
"What is this? Will I die if I don't hit my sales targets? Am I not recognized as a human being?"
Thinking about it now, sales are an important element, but
"Can you enjoy achieving those sales?"
is what I think I should have considered first.
And a major point of reflection is that I forced myself into a corner without having the option thatif there isn't a 'Yes' within me, it's better not to do it.
If I could find elements that I"could enjoy"within myself, I should have mastered them.
If not, I should have just found something I"could enjoy"on a different path.
That is what I wanted to tell my early-twenties self.
So, to repeat myself once more, after all
"Enjoying wins" and "fun is justice"
is what it is.
Finally, I would like to introduce one more song lyric from a band I love that hits the nail on the head for today's theme.
The world isn't as easy as you think,
but it's not as harsh as others say!
My favorite catchphrases are 'Piece of cake' and 'Easy win'.
To 'enjoy' is to win!!
With that said, I am truly grateful that you read this to the end during this busy time of year!!
I would like to thank you for giving even a minute or a second of your precious time to look at my words.
There isn't much left of 2023, but
