When 'Love' Meets 'Love', Feelings Are Conveyed - Family x Music Edition -

Hello. This is Kazuko.

When you combine 'love' with 'love', a mysterious power is born.

I previously wrote about the episode where I wrote a song for my beloved cat, Azuki.

Actually, there is another episode that is a bit mysterious and feels like a miracle, so I would like to write about that today.

Three or four years ago,
I wrote a song thinking about my late father.

It had been about 16 years since my father passed away, so
I had long since moved past the deep grief, but

with my nephew being born,
I felt the importance of family once again, and
somehow I suddenly wanted to create it.


I was in charge of the lyrics and composition.
Since I was at it, I wanted to make a music video too, so
I had my younger sister help with the filming.

My mother also accompanied us to the filming location. lol


This is 'my song', but
at the same time, it is a 'song created by the whole family'.

While feeling the sense of accomplishment of completing the song, at the same time
I felt that these feelings must have reached him.

After I wrote that song, a small event happened.


One day, I received a message from my mother saying,
'Peaches have grown.'

…Peaches? Did we even have a peach tree?

In the garden of my parents' house, things that bear fruit are…
maybe just kiwi or summer oranges?

Of course, neither my mother nor my sister knew of the existence of a peach tree.

I thought, 'Eh, now? Why?' but
the timing was right after I finished writing my father's song.

It might be a coincidence.
But I couldn't think of it as just a coincidence.

After that, I remembered something from the past.

A long time ago, I asked my father,
'What is your dream, Dad?'
My father said, looking a little shy,

'I want to build an orchard.'
My father had a dream that someday he would plant and grow many fruit trees on a large piece of land.

Perhaps, before he passed away, my father
might have quietly planted a peach tree in a corner of the garden.

Without telling anyone,
I wonder if he left behind just one fragment of his dream.

That peach tree never bore fruit for a long time.
But after the whole family created the song for my father,

it bore its first small fruit.
I believe that is a 'message from my father'.
'It reached me properly.'

'Thank you.'

I felt like I could hear those voices.

The song created by my family is not just a work to me.
My father's dream, my family's love,
and…
it is a treasure that gave me the certain feeling that 'feelings are conveyed'✨


True feelings will surely reach.
And, a miracle might happen in an unexpected way😊
