[Feedback on the Teacher's Consultation Room]

I am holding individual consultation sessions for teachers.

  • I don't know if I want to quit or continue, or what I really want to do.

  • It's not that I hate this job, but I don't have the confidence to keep going.

  • No matter how much I try to improve things, I can't finish everything and end up doing a half-baked job.

  • I've become anxious because my passion and sense of fulfillment have faded.

  • I feel like I'm not good enough and am starting to think I'm not cut out for this.

  • I've lost sight of my strengths, my expertise, and my position as a teacher.

  • How can I relax and work in a way that is more true to myself?

and so on. I am listening to your concerns
regarding the continuation of your teaching career.
I am here to listen.

In January, I am offering these sessions for free to commemorate the launch,so
please take this opportunity to come and consult with me!

<<Introducing some of the feedback I have received>>

It was great to have you discover parts of myself I hadn't noticed
and put them into words.

I thought I had to squeeze out what I liked from within myself, but
when you said, 'So, these are the things you want to cherish,'
I felt the joy of being affirmed and had a realization that you had found something
I hadn't been able to see myself.

I felt you were very skilled at drawing things out.
I thought your ability to skillfully draw out what I wanted to talk about
and the fog in my heart was brilliant.

I was able to talk with peace of mind because I felt accepted and understood.
I felt that psychological safety was maintained.

You stood by both of my true feelings—that 'I can't do this teaching job anymore' and 'maybe there are still things I can do.'
I felt like I could change gradually,
rather than through sudden shifts.

There was time for counseling,
and there was time for coaching,
making it a very meaningful and fulfilling time.

I was able to naturally express the vague feelings inside me that I usually can't talk about.
It was like, 'I found myself talking before I knew it,' and I could speak in a natural way.
You were like a counselor.

Also,

I ask you to send me your current situation and thoughts in advance,
but

even just doing that helped me organize my thoughts and feel refreshed.

That is also some of the feedback I've received.

Yes,

the act of trying to explain things to someone
is very important.

It naturally narrows down the points and organizes them.
When you do that, the answer within yourself becomes visible.

I believe that posting on blogs and social media
has that same effect,
so I recommend it!

To everyone who came
and shared your feedback,

thank you so much!!

There is definitely a limit to
trying to think things through all by yourself.

It is hard to break free from your own subjectivity,
and you unconsciously create your own limitations through your self-image.

That is why I also
found it very painful during my time as a teacher
when I couldn't open up to anyone about my true feelings.

Seeking out various people to listen to me
in an effort to break out of that
became a major key to my transformation.

Once you remove those limitations,

you will encounter an even more wonderful version of yourself.

Your possibilities will also expand even further.

For the children, too,

we want them to know how wonderful they truly are, don't we!

We want them to believe more in themselves and the possibilities of their future, don't we!

However, the individuals themselves often struggle to realize this,
which is exactly why teachers and adults who act as coaches are there!

I believe it is exactly the same thing!

Even teachers, even adults

have times when they lose hope for the future.
There are times when they can no longer believe in themselves.

In order to believe in and expand your own strengths and potential once again,
and to pass that on to children and future generations,

I hope you will make use of
the Teacher's Life Consultation Room!
