🍅Mini Hamburg Steaks in Tomato Sauce❣️📚ss
How about this?
I was in the mood for tomatoes today.
So, I grabbed a can of tomatoes without hesitation.
Actually, it was close to its expiration date,
so I wanted to use it up.
Don't worry about that.
Let's whip it up quickly.
And here is what I came up with❣️

You can make it easily.
Take the mini hamburg steaks you made in advance and let rest,
sear both sides, and set them aside for a moment.
At the same time, make the tomato sauce.
Finely chop an onion and some leftover lotus root,
and sauté them until they turn brown.
Add the canned tomatoes and about half a can of water,
and let it simmer down.
Season with salt, pepper, cumin, coriander,
and tomato ketchup to adjust the flavor.
If you want more saltiness, try sprinkling in
some chicken bouillon powder.
Once it has simmered down, add the seared
mini hamburg steaks.
I even added the oil that came out while searing.
Simmer it all together and it's done.
While it was simmering,
I toasted some garlic bread.
Enjoy it with a glass of wine on the rocks❣️
It's actually quite delicious.

For the garlic bread,
sprinkle some roughly chopped garlic with salt,
spread it evenly with olive oil, and rub it in.
Sprinkle some parsley on top and toast for 2-3 minutes to your liking, and it's done.
It makes a great snack, too.
It's very easy and doesn't take much time,
so please give it a try.
🌟If you'd like, I've compiled these into a magazine, so I'd be happy if you took a look.
