But, here is what I think.

It is impossible to write something that appeals to everyone. It is enough if it resonates with the people it is meant for.

You can take it a little easier, you know?

when writing text,

I would like to introduce 3 techniques
that I actually use.

Have I written

a similar article before?
Well, that is that.

I always say

"I have no literary talent or vocabulary,"

don't I?

The first one is
a technique related to that.

When you lack literary talent and vocabulary,

in the first place,
you cannot write difficult sentences.

Even if I try to write, I don't know the words,
and I don't know how to express things in a difficult way.

So, it naturally becomes simple writing.

It's at a level that even
an elementary school student could understand.

But is that
really important?

Simple sentences, you see,
don't tire out the reader's brain.

Because they can be read smoothly,

unlike overly complex sentences,
they are understood quickly.

So, the first point is to
rewrite your text so even an elementary school student can understand it.

What do you think
of the following sentence?

"A cat was taking a nap
on a park bench"

At first glance, it seems fine, but
I feel something is off.

Is the subject here "a cat"
and the predicate "was taking a nap"?

It's more natural for the subject and predicate to be close together.

That's why I think the following is better.

"On a park bench,
a cat was taking a nap"

What do you think?

Doesn't it feel more right?

Well, for a short sentence like this,
the meaning is clear.

But you know,

I sometimes see long sentences
where the subject and predicate
are far apart.

Is that a no-go?

Because

If I don't reread it,
I don't understand the meaning.

To put it a bit more casually,

"What are you trying to say?
Are you stupid?"

That's how it ends up.

This is the second one:
Keep the subject and predicate as close as possible.

Now,

here is the last one.

When I write an article,
I don't post it right away.

I save up about a week's worth
of writing.

So,

I have a chance to read it again
before posting.

Then, strangely enough,

I want to rewrite it.

"This expression is weird, isn't it?"
"The same sentence endings are continuing."
"Wait, is this necessary?"

I notice things like this.

Changing the subject,

I used to
compose music before.

When I was composing,
I would think,
"I've made a good song."

At the time I made it, anyway.

But you know,

When you listen to it the next day

“Huh? What is this... it's weird.”

That's what happens.

And not just once or twice, you know?

Every single time, I suppose.

You see, people

become able to view things objectively as time passes.

Also, emotional changes occur.

Emotions are important in both composing music and writing, right?

Since those change,
you'll feel that even the same thing is off.

In other words,

letting both music and writing sit is the best thing to do.

Third.
Let the article you wrote sit overnight and then brush it up.

I am conscious of these 3 things
when I do my work.

There are only 3 things,
and the last one is just letting it sit overnight,

so you can
start practicing this from today, right?

Give it a try.

editing articles in my salon.

Articles that are too long are tough,
and it takes several hours to edit just one,
so I can't handle a large number of them.
