The Power of 'Living Together and Empowering Each Other' I Want to Convey to 9th Graders
Approximately 100 ninth-grade students approaching graduation.
I have been given the precious opportunity to deliver a two-hour lecture to each and every one of them.
What I want to convey to these adolescents is not just 'knowledge' or 'correct answers'.
When the personalities and backgrounds of the people you meet are different from your own,
I want you to realize that this is not a 'weakness,' but a 'strength' that enriches society.
Walking alongside those who are different can sometimes be difficult.
However, there is always a 'plus' to be found beyond that.
I believe that it is through such experiences that the power of coexistence—the power to live—which is essential for surviving in the society of the future, is nurtured.
That is why I am taking on the challenge of a workshop format that we create together, rather than a one-sided 'lecture'.
The 'support for children with developmental differences' that we have been building up daily at Tortoise Kids.
The 'human resource development that creates an exciting future' that we are challenging ourselves with at Wonder Labo.
I have finished the first draft of the proposal, packing in the essence of those two things.
Over the next five months,
I will polish the ideas together with the students and teachers,
and nurture it into a space where they can feel, 'I'm glad I participated!' and 'I was able to take a step forward!'
Nurturing the power to live together, transcending differences.
My heart is already racing at the thought of being able to create that learning space together.

It's not just about IT skills. At 'Wonder Labo,' where we nurture the power to think, the power to act, and the power to connect, we are currently accepting new students! Just like this project, we are fostering the power to generate ideas!
Giving children living in the AI era the power that only humans possess.
