What does it mean to stop 'trying hard'?
It means stopping something you are currently working hard at,
but feel is not going well.
To stop means to stop your 'current way of doing things'.
To stop means to stop your 'current way of doing things'.
You could stop completely and cleanly, or stop doing it your own way and just imitate someone else, or even if you keep doing the same thing, try to relax as much as possible; in any case, it means doing something different from what you were doing before.
If you do something different, you will inevitably see something different.
By stopping, you might feel lighter,
have more breathing room,
want to master a new way of doing things, realize that this method doesn't suit you,or notice that you can get results even if you relax; if you do something different, what you see will change.Stopping 'trying hard' means stopping the kind of effort that says, 'It has to be this way.'

Stopping 'trying hard' means stopping the kind of effort that says, 'It has to be this way.'
It means learning that you don't have to try that hard,
that it's okay to change how you try,
and that there are many more ways to do things.
Stopping 'trying hard' does not mean becoming lazy,
nor does it mean becoming someone who cannot try hard.
Trying hard, stopping, doing something different, trying hard again, resting...
It means that you are changing yourself in that way.
Easily, and in a good way.
