What enriches you?

What are you seeking in order to be "rich"? And have you obtained it?

Wealth comes in many forms and is based on individual values, so it varies for everyone. First, let me write about what wealth means to me.

Living Space

I work and live at home. The fact that this place is one I love is a source of wealth. It doesn't have to be big. It doesn't have to be luxurious. It just needs to be comfortable, clean, and have the things I like existing modestly, without distracting my focus... A safe, secure, and peaceful place.

Art and Creative Time

It's not about owning art, but about the time spent engaging in artistic activities. Painting, playing the piano, writing. And as input and inspiration for that, reading books and experiencing good art.

Work I Love

Actually, this is the most important thing. Doing work I love, having people appreciate it, receiving compensation, and knowing that the work I do contributes to others.

Learning

Actions taken for my own growth.

Economy

Money to obtain the wealth mentioned above. The financial power to pursue what I want to do without hesitation when the opportunity arises.

Freedom

Freedom in time, actions, and thoughts. To become even freer.

What is currently lacking to fulfill this wealth?

What I have listed above is the wealth I seek. I believe that all of you reading this are seeking different kinds of wealth.

Is the wealth you seek... currently sufficient?
Is there more wealth you desire?

I think that, to a comfortable degree, I have already obtained the things I wrote about above. I am fulfilled every day. I have a heart that can feel fulfillment. I am also healthy. I am grateful for that.

And yet... I find myself craving the state of saying "it's not enough" or "I want more." Haha.

Generally speaking, "having it all" is boring. I like always seeking something, having a goal, working toward something, and being on the move.

And the more I think "there is still more I can obtain," the richer this world seems to me. When I think "there is still so much more to learn," this world becomes even more filled with excitement.

There is happiness in being fulfilled, but there is also a happiness that can only be felt because there are things that remain unfulfilled.

Well, either way, I am happily feeling blessed in my own carefree way.
I am grateful for the peace that allows me to say such things.
