My First Note [Self-Introduction] Don't let books end with just "knowledge." I've started the Practical Reading Lab on note.

I am katoh-office, and I run the business and self-help book review media “Practical Reading Lab”.

Until now, I have worked in various roles as a company employee, including sales and customer service, administrative work, and human resources. (Most recently, I also worked as an administrative scrivener.)

In my daily life, while encountering the worries and management challenges of many people, it was "books" that supported me and provided hints for solutions.

In this note, I plan to share information from a deeper, more practical perspective, based on the content of the blog site I operate.

Why "Practical Reading"?

The world is overflowing with wonderful business and self-help books. However, have you ever had experiences like these?

• You feel motivated right after reading, but forget the content by the next day.

• You end up with nothing more than the impression that "it had some good points."

• In the end, nothing about your actions or daily life has changed.

I myself was once a reader who was "satisfied just by reading."

However, for solving the severe problems we face in the business world, we need "usable wisdom," not just knowledge.

Therefore, I have started to carefully select and share books based on the following three perspectives:

1. Does it lead directly to action and decision-making?

2. Is it reproducible in a business setting?

3. Does it foster resilience (an unbreakable spirit)?
