I tried requesting a refund from ÖBB
I had booked an Austrian Federal Railways ticket from Graz Central Station back to Vienna, but Graz Central Station was locked down due to a bomb threat. In the end, there was a delay of over an hour and a half, and since it was late at night, I hurriedly booked a Flixbus to get home.

Are you affected by a delay of +60 minutes, were you unable to start your trip or would like to claim a refund for other reasons? We would be happy to review your application!
Since it says that, I wasn't sure if a Sparschiene ticket (the cheapest one) was eligible, but I decided to request a refund online anyway, just in case.
I selected the following items on the refund page.
・I have not used my tickets.
・The train booked according to the ticket was severely delayed or cancelled at the starting station.
Then, I added a note like the one below, attached the ticket PDF, and submitted the application.
The train from Graz to Vienna on 30.09.2024 was significantly delayed due to the bomb threat and I had to decide to use other means of transportation. Can I get a refund for the ticket?
A few days later
I got a full refund!!!!
