ÖBBに払い戻しリクエストしてみた
グラーツ中央駅→ウィーンへ戻るオーストリア国鉄のチケットを予約していたところ、なんと爆破予告のせいでグラーツ中央駅が封鎖。結局一時間半以上遅延し、夜遅かったためFlixbusを急遽予約して帰りました。

とあるので、Sparschiene Ticket（一番安いやつ）が対象なのかよく分からず、とりあえずダメ元でオンラインで払い戻しを請求してみました。
払い戻しページでは以下の項目を選択。
・I have not used my tickets.
・The train booked according to the ticket was severely delayed or cancelled at the starting station.
そして以下のようなメモを追加し、チケットのPDFを添付し申請。
The train from Graz to Vienna on 30.09.2024 was significantly delayed due to the bomb threat and I had to decide to use other means of transportation. Can I get a refund for the ticket?
