I think a sports day with 'competition' is fun too, don't you? 🎵
🏃♂️🏃♀️ What do you think about sports days that have competition?
I heard that 'sports days with competition' are decreasing lately 😳
Is it bad to compete?
《Autumn of Sports - Sports Day》
Yesterday (Sunday), I went to the sports day at a nearby elementary school ♪
It's also my alma mater 🤭
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the program has been reduced quite a bit 👀
It has become a sports day that only lasts until noon 🕚
Perhaps from now on too?
It seems like sports days that only last until noon will continue 👀
It seems like the scene of spreading out a lunch box with family at noon like before is gone, right? 🍱
[Parental burden] has been significantly reduced, hasn't it!
・No need to buy large amounts of ingredients and drinks for lunch boxes
・No need to make lunch boxes from the night before to early morning on the day
・No luggage like lunch boxes and drinks
・The sports day ends at noon
[Supermarkets and lunch box shops will see a sharp drop in sales]
・Sharp drop in sales of lunch box ingredients, drinks, etc.
・Sharp drop in sales of lunch boxes, hors d'oeuvres, etc.
(Since the numbers are what they are, it means sales during the sports day season will drop drastically compared to previous years 😱💦)
Just by the format of the sports day...
it's affecting various places, isn't it 😰
Oh, and by ending at noon 💡
you don't have to save a spot in the morningeither, apparently ‼️
(A sports day tradition - saving a spot early in the morning 🤭)
Since there's no luggage, you don't have to lay out a sheet either 👀
For cheering, you go near where your child is participating at that moment to cheer and film 📣📹📱👀
The format of sports days has really changed, hasn't it ‼️
Well now 😃
As for my alma mater's sports day~
By the time I arrived at the elementary school, it had already started 🏫
So many parents❗️
The voices of teachers and energetic students 📣
The music unique to sports day 🎵

The program for this elementary school's sports day is—❗️
competitive eventsare still included today 😍
Footraces 🏃♀️
Team events 🏃
Relays 🏃♀️💨

Events other than competitionare dances 🎵
They were so cute~❤️

'Competition is bad'...
Well, there are probably various reasons for that, but 💧
'This sports day with competitive events'Watching the students here 👀💕
In each of the teams (Red Team, White Team, Blue Team)
every child is smiling and cheering for their teammates 📣
During the events, they give it their all 💪
During the dances, they are smiling 😍
Sometimes looking proud, sometimes looking a little shy 🤭
And then
In competitive events, whether you win or lose‼️
“Well done! Well done! Well done, Team ◯!”
—the voices of encouragement and appreciation echo all across the field 📣📣📣
I personally wasn't good at sports... I was especially slow at running🤣
I'm not saying 'it's okay to have competition because I was good at it'
Even though I was bad at running myself 🙄
I found it exhilarating to watch the fast kids run at sports day, so I liked it❤️
They looked so cool 🤭
When a fast kid was in my same class or on my same team, I'd be cheering them on with such excitement! 📣🤣
Sometimes, in moments like that...
a young crush might even blossom 🤭💕

You can see people's individualityin that sense 💡✨
What is a sports day without competition?
Like holding hands, running in a line, and crossing the finish line together...
I'm not saying it's wrong, but...
am I the only one who feels like something is missing? 💧
✨Precisely because we are different✨
✨joining forces✨
Isn't there fun to be found in that, too?
(Just my personal opinion 🤭)

Under the autumn sky🍁
Thank you for showing us
a fun time❤️
