[Self-Introduction] How I, who kept blaming myself, arrived at a job focused on 'centering the heart'
💫 "I'm working so hard, yet I feel unfulfilled"──
That might just be because you don't know how to center your heart.
In this note, I share tips on how to adjust "how you work hard" and reclaim your true self.
🌱 Why I, who kept blaming myself, arrived at a job focused on "centering the heart"
In 2012, I finally achieved my dream of starting my own business. I kept running in pursuit of "external success" through salon management, school operations, staff training, and business support.
Although my numbers and results were improving, my heart was always restless, and every morning when I looked in the mirror, "I have to work harder" and "It's still not enough" became my catchphrases.
One day, my body started showing signs of distress. Even when I went to the hospital, the cause was unknown. Still, I kept running, convinced that "resting equals laziness."
I still remember that time clearly. I never want to go back to that state again── thinking that, I took the plunge and decided to receive a "mental session" that I had absolutely no connection with.
Rather than fixing the outside, first center the heart. I finally realized that this is what it truly means to "cherish yourself."

Finally
Aligning your heart is not about 'doing things properly'.
Rather, it is accepting yourself as you are, right now.
It is not about 'stopping your efforts', but rather 'adjusting how you put in effort'.
By regaining not just external results, but your own 'inner peace', your work, relationships, and life itself will begin to move more lightly.
I write this note for those who want to re-examine such a 'way of living that aligns the heart'.
Please, read at your own pace🌿
