It's a casual essay day, or so they say (lol)😀

Do you use COOP (consumer cooperative)?
Adding "-san" to COOP
seems to be a Hyogo Prefecture thing.
I think I wrote about that somewhere before.

COOP is a system where they deliver
what you ordered once a week.

Since I'm at work on weekdays,
instead of buying together with neighbors,
I use the "individual delivery" service.

Once-a-week delivery,
this is effective for my housework.

I do bulk shopping on the weekend, but
fresh food spoils, doesn't it?
Bread doesn't have a very long shelf life either.

Another bottleneck is the capacity of the fridge and freezer.
Even with bulk shopping, there's a limit.

Therefore,the mid-week COOP is a godsend✨

Since they deliver on Wednesday,
which is my personal best day,
I can scrape by through the second half of the week. Thank goodness.

However, I sometimes make ordering mistakes.
Yes, just a simple mistake.

I've had three bunches of bananas arrive at once,
and I've had nearly 30 eggs piling up.
I order online while I'm sleepy and dazed,
so I guess I clicked too much💦

Also, since COOP orders are placed the week before,
I sometimes forget that I already ordered,
and end up buying the same things on the weekend.

Conversely, I often completely forget the ordering deadline
and end up in despair.

There is a supermarket nearby.
But it's exhausting to stop by on the way home from work💦
Also, because I'm inevitably hungry,
I end up buying things I definitely don't need!

Having said that,
if I ask my kids, who are always ready to eat,
what should cost 2,000 yen
ends up being 5,000 yen!

Thinking about the household budget,
it's best for hungry people
not to go shopping.

The COOP that delivers in the middle of the week,
I think it's wonderful that they created this system!

It's not like I can go shopping every day...
For a working mother, it's very much appreciated🎵

Incorporating systems that help me
effectively,
Mom is doing her best again today!
