Self-Introduction | If you can't write it, you can't speak it.
Nice to meet you! I'm Kamohashi.
With a focus on English output and sharing content overseas, I provide information from the perspective of using English in daily life and work. In English learning, people tend to focus on skills like reading, listening, and speaking, but there is something I feel strongly about based on my own experience.
If you can't write it, you can't speak it.
If your thoughts aren't organized in your head, words won't come out in conversation either. Speaking ability is strongly linked to writing ability.
Because you can write, you can speak.
Rather than just studying English as a subject, I value building habits for output, such as:
・Thinking in English
・Writing in English
・Sharing in English
Reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Beyond these four English skills lies the "power to share."
English is a language that you can not only "use" but also use to reach the world.
Through English and sharing content overseas, I am expanding the possibilities of a life with English.
My relationship with English
I studied abroad in the U.S. for 10 months and achieved a TOEIC score of 980. I realize that English is not just a subject to study, but a language that expands your world when you use it.
Currently, I am involved in work that utilizes my English skills, such as:
・Translation
・Interpretation
・International student support
・Tour guiding
・Private chef services for foreigners
and more.
Content I share
I mainly share content on the following themes:
・English output
・Life abroad
・Inbound tourism
・English × Cooking
Using language expands your connections with the world and with people. Through my posts, I will share how a life with English can expand.
Who I want to read this
I am writing for people like:
・Those who want to be able to use English
・Those who want to output English
・Those who want to use English in their work
・Those who are interested in overseas topics or inbound tourism
In particular, I will be sharing content that is useful for those who are relearning English after entering the workforce.
Finally
Thank you for reading until the end.
English changes significantly not just through reading, listening, and speaking, but also through writing. Through the habit of writing, your thoughts become organized, which in turn leads to better communication and conversation.
If you found this article even slightly helpful, a 'like' or a follow would be very encouraging.
I will continue to share the feeling of how English can broaden your world.
Thank you for your support.
