The side effects have arrived!
It has been three days since I started taking the anticancer drug 'TS-1'.
I've had a headache since this morning.
However, I wonder if this is really a side effect?
I also think it might be coming from a lack of sleep.
But I've been getting plenty of sleep.
Is it coming from fatigue?
Or perhaps a stiff neck?
Various causes come to mind, and I can't say for sure that this is the one.
But I've decided to just assume it's the medicine's fault lol.
There's no point in thinking about it too deeply, anyway.
By the way, this anticancer drug.
Looking at the pamphlet again, there really are a lot of side effects.
Like becoming more susceptible to infections.
Apparently, there is a 45.8% chance of this.
Becoming prone to anemia is 38.1%.
Cold hands and feet, pale complexion, dizziness, palpitations, and shortness of breath.
If this happens, I must consult a doctor immediately.
What a hassle...
Bleeding becomes more likely and harder to stop.
It's like symptoms of leukemia.
Because of that, bruises might form, bleeding might occur when brushing teeth, or nosebleeds might happen.
They say this also requires contacting a doctor.
Diarrhea, stomatitis, loss of appetite, nausea, pigmentation, and rashes.
These are said to occur with a probability of 10% to over 30%.
Interstitial pneumonia has an incidence rate of less than 1%.
The moment I saw it, I wondered what 'questionable pneumonia' was.
Does the pneumonia ask questions?
As if!
That was a self-retort.
There is also lacrimation.
Tearing up, bloodshot eyes, or difficulty seeing things.
Given my age, I do have trouble seeing.
It's hard to judge.
I have blurred vision, but apparently that's also a side effect.
I think it's just my age, but if anyone asks, I'll proudly answer, 'It's a side effect' lol.
Besides that, it seems all sorts of side effects can appear, including those affecting the nerves, sense of smell, heart, liver, kidneys, digestive system, skin, and muscles.
It's my whole body, lol
I've decided to take something pretty intense.
But, it's just in case, and they do blood tests every month, so.
It costs money, though.
On the flip side, I feel like I can live a long life since I get to check my health every month, lol
I might end up broke from hospital bills, though.
They say you get close to hospitals as you get older, but I'm so close I feel like they're my best friend.
I think there are a lot of people like me.
Still, it feels kind of unreasonable that I work hard, and the result is making a best friend out of a hospital.
I can't say this to the hospital, though.
If it reached the ears of such a big building, it would come stomping over, trample me, and I'd be a goner in no time.
Ah, my head went off into fantasy land again, lol
Well, it's fun, so I guess it's fine♪
