[Diabetic Diet Recipe] Even Bell Peppers Can Become Pizza!
There is an image that diabetic meals are bland and not delicious.
However, with a little arrangement, they can be quite tasty.
I want to make something even a little delicious for my diabetic daughter!
And I want to eat something delicious too!
But pizza is high in calories.
So, I tried making this[Bell Pepper Pizza]

Per serving: Calories: approx. 200kcal, Carbohydrates: approx. 7g
Ingredients
1 bell pepper
3 frozen french fries
1 slice of bacon
4 pinches of pizza cheese
Instructions
1. Cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
2. Microwave the 3 frozen french fries or a potato cut into sticks.
3. Cut the bacon into thin strips.
4. Put the potatoes inside the bell pepper, top with bacon, and add 2 pinches of cheese to each.
5. Bake in an oven toaster.
With just this, your delicious bell pepper pizza is ready.
Since the carbohydrate content is quite low, you can eat it with peace of mind even if you have diabetes.
