Why did it suddenly come to me, 'If you're going to draw, do it now' (Part 2)

As a musician, when I (around the beginning of June '20) suddenly felt the urge to revive my "drawing spirit" from childhood after half a century... from that point until now, I first followed my intuition and took some actions (albeit slowly).
【Around mid-July '20】
At my parents' house, my father was watching NHK for a change. When I happened to be there, the content of this exhibition ↓ was being introduced.
Artists who continue to create their own unique worlds freely, without being swayed by existing art, trends, education, or the presence or absence of disabilities.
Self-taught artists who were "discovered" as a new form of art in the early 20th century.
People who have not received professional art education, expressing themselves according to the impulses welling up from within, without being bound by tradition or trends.

...And so, I misunderstood again (lol).

【7/23, '20】
On the first day, thinking "strike while the iron is hot," I went to Ueno.
The area around Ueno station... there are museums everywhere, and the park (I saw the cherry blossoms there with my mother 10 years ago...), and even the buildings like the University of the Arts, aren't they imitating Europe? A new discovery (this also flashed back to when I was studying jazz piano in Vienna 10 years ago). Ueno is not just the "downtown" area.
Walking through the park in the surprisingly refreshing light rain, I arrived and spent an hour thoroughly enjoying the exhibition.
Every piece was unconventional, yet I could sense a consistent, personal "my rule" in each, and I was overwhelmed. "Why do people draw?" I wondered the whole way home.
【Beginning of August '20】
First, I should "try to remember the feeling of drawing when I was 3 years old"...maybe? ...I reached that answer for myself, but to begin with, I don't know what to buy or where to get it...and while I couldn't take the first step, I started searching for various things on YouTube, etc.. Among them, I found a video that recommended acrylic painting and was packed with the information necessary to take that first step, and I even ended up on that person's website. I learned that if I registered on the site, a 7-step free video course would be delivered, so I took the plunge and registered. I've watched up to the 4th video now, and I've gained knowledge about the art supplies to get first.
