Hijiri and I: How a Producer for Rui Maita Fell for Hijiri Himuro During the KinTour

Today is November 23rd. Happy Birthday, Hijiri Himuro.
I am grateful for our meeting this summer, and I have put together this note filled with passion, so I would be happy if you could take a look.

In SideM, I am a Producer for Ijuin, Maita, and Kamiya, and an otaku fan of Sinsoku.
Hearing about the collaboration between my S.E.M and Over The Rainbow, I experienced the KING OF PRISM series for the first time this summer. With the pre-show footage and the two-part fan concert digest, I thought if they were going to collaborate this grandly, I had to go to the theater during the period! Before I knew it, I was going almost every week.🤔❓
From halfway through, I was completelyafter Hijiri Himuro's foreheadand I'm so glad the collaboration was the KinTour... Thank you for Get Wild...!!

This note is a compilation of how I, a Producer, gradually learned about KinPri and got sucked in, while looking back at my comments from that time.
Otaku are creatures who love to keep records.

Please note that this note mentions genres other than SideM and KinPri, and since the person writing this is the type who does cosplay, it also includes topics about wearing costumes. (There are photos of clothes I made and crafts, but no photos of people.)

Originally, I had planned to spend all my resources this summer on Touken Ranbu, or rather, the Tokugawa Art Museum... It became 1.5 times busier due to an unexpected ambush...

Collaboration announcement at 10th, and to the movie theater

I only attended the 10th at K Arena in person for DAY2, where all my favorites gathered, and I learned about the DAY1 announcements on my timeline. I had many fellow fans around me (which makes sense), and I knew of KING OF PRISM as a name I'd heard of... and with them!? And S.E.M!?
When I was chatting with local Elites about going together during the collaboration week, I had no idea that things would get so crazy afterward.

In the first place, I met someone at a cosplay shoot in early July who was a KinPri Elite, and just by me accidentally using the word 'Cyalume Change' during small talk, I was heavily evangelized.

I only knew PriPara from the original Laala generation and didn't know the WITH members, so at the time, I just thought, 'Oh, they have a movie out now—come to think of it, I saw that the absolute territory was amazing.'

After that, I heard from an Elite Nitchiasa Saniwa I was on a call with thatthe gunshots and explosions in the chorus of Get Wild were as intense as Mount Iwafuneand I gained the knowledge that they were going all out this time too.

While I was doing that, I heard that the rumored Get Wild could be seen in the main story teaser video??
Successfullygive me a little of your time... 5 minutesand I stepped into the world of KinPri.
At this time, I was scared of the air drumming before Get Wild and closed the video once...

I only had the knowledge that KinPri was dangerous, so I thought if I went to see it suddenly during the collaboration week, I wouldn't remember the actual collaboration content due to the shock! (Correct) So I went to study once right after the collaboration announcement.

I roughly knew the names and faces of the mutual favorite characters, but at this point, there wasn't anyone I was particularly interested in, so I went to the theater as a tourist with my S.E.M acrylics and SideM penlight... and also,Pompompurin※As an otaku, ever since Onimaru Kunitsuna from Touken Ranbu reached Kiwame, I have been supporting Pompompurin and all the puddings in this world, starting with Pokémon's Purin. (Compressed language)
There's no way a genre that has been going on for a while wouldn't collaborate with the great Sanrio, and since Purin is almost always the first in the yellow category, I looked up who was in charge of Purin—it was George Takadanobaba!

Since Rui Maita's birthday was the first day of the collaboration week, I was given the opportunity to say happy birthday directly, and as a Maita P, I was already indebted to KinPri at this point. Happy birthday to Rei Kurokawa too~👏
Since it was my second time, I felt myself growing as I could do the standard calls and change colors more smoothly, and since the SideM 8th mix penlight has a built-in round plate head, I made it into the Earth or a tomato.

On this day, after Tokubi, I sat with two Elites who didn't know SideM, so I was flanked by Elites on both sides. Although I could guess the setlist for the fan concert digest from the announcement image, there were performances I hadn't seen, so I, as a Producer, enjoyed it freshly.
Above all, the technological progress was amazing when watching in order of performance... I watched while praying that the plainness of S.E.M's background wouldn't be noticed by the Elites. Did they notice...?
It was impressive that everyone who looked like a borrowed cat during the fan concert part started cheering like fish in water the moment they entered the tour.

And since it was my third time, I gradually had the leeway to enjoy the viewing, and I thought, wait... could it be that Hijiri Himuro is... someone who does a show that is like a mix of my favorites (Hokuto Ijuin, Rui Maita, Yukihiro Kamiya)...?
I think it was around this time that I started focusing on Hijiri. As a Producer, I don't know any other terms, but a blonde man with a forehead who winks 'Ciao' is a bit of a natural, of course I'd love him~😿

I heard that Aeon Cinema Odaka is enthusiastic in Aichi, so I thought, 'I'll go when I switch routes!' and when I booked a seat after the above event, it turned out to be a regular screening!
However, because I could concentrate on the screen and the original movie sound, I had a different kind of fun with the regular screening, even though it was just this once. Popcorn tastes good while looking at Hijiri's forehead~
Also, I went from Tokubi to KinTour on this day as well.

And on this day, I borrowed the SSS disc from a senior Elite, and as a Producer, I offered up the 7th Yokohama disc in return.

☝ Impression thread. Since I mentioned that I was interested in George, who is a Pom Pom fan, and Hiro-sama, if he were an active Starlight, I was given the leftover bonus items (?).

While I was discussing with a mutual friend about going to the late-term exhibition at the Tokugawa Art Museum, they invited me to join them for the Three Greats stage greeting live viewing if I'd like.
It was just when the large format screenings started, so I thought, why notKing of Prism Tour → Tokubi → King of Prism Tourand with that continuous jump... the itinerary was decided. What?

It was a coincidence that I was off that day, and if it had been a different cast member appearing, I might have replied, 'Let's meet up after the movie and go to Tokubi!'
If it's the Three Greats... meaning Hijiri... meaning Seki-san... then I want to hear what they have to say...

And if I'm going to see the Three Greats stage greeting, don't I need aPrism Gun...?

☝ Prism Sabotage
I saw that a Kingblade iLite fits right into a Daiso gun, and since it's that familiar thing I hold more than my parents' hands, I was initially debating whether to use Re:vale, Beit, or an Intelligent type.
But when I thought about it, in Getto-wa, the audience holds two, light blue and yellow, and I believe Hijiri Himuro is aMental Vi-specialized type... (because I was a user of a Mental Vi deck).
Even though I took a survey, I ignored all of it, and from then on, I've been shooting my mental gun with a bang-bang every time.

Also, around this time, I started calling HijiriSprigatito.
Setting aside Sprigatito, I also strongly agree that Jin Norizuki is the one who would have Meowscarada in his party, but that's not what I meant...

My mutual friend accidentally booked the seat for the wrong date 😭, so since I was free, I took the ticket and rushed to the theater.
I didn't know at all, but August 28th is the date of the Prism 1 event in the story, and while watching my timeline to see if there was a real-life event happening somewhere, I met up with a senior Elite and heard the story.
So that was a collective hallucination...! And it happens in July too!!

And since I was off that day, what does an otaku with time to kill from morning to evening do...

That's right, making Chun clothes.
Since a Chun's body hair becomes its hair color, the concept of a hairstyle is basically thin, and I thought if it was a Chun organizer Hijiri, wouldn't he become the active version if I stripped his clothes!? But it didn't look like they were selling them...
My Maita Chun at home also has blonde hair and orange eyes, so I borrowed them for a bit and had them wear Hijiri's costume as a model.

Also, since I'm a cosplayer, this is an SDGs costume made entirely from leftover fabric and materials. The frills were from Hokuto-san's Blackish pants that I bought ages ago thinking I might use them someday and left them alone... they were conveniently there... even though Chun doesn't have arms, so they're growing out of his armpits...
I kept sticking tiny parts on while thinking that I would never use poly-tweed when making human clothes.

Once I've come this far, the only route I haven't seen is Route 2... might as well go...! Otaku, be light on your feet.

And on this day, there was a limited Piyorin sale at the Doutor in Odaka, and I had a faint hope that I could do a double feature of eating the 18:00 batch and then going to the tour!?
Even if I left work on time, I couldn't compete at all, so I went to the Aeon Cinema with a face that said, 'I'm just here to watch the tour, okay?'
I enjoyed the cheering from the Odaka Elites!

I knew that a special Movie Ticket was on sale for the large format release. But I hadn't bought one because I didn't know if I would go.
I started to feel around this time that I definitely should have bought a few.

There was also a re-screening of the Revue Starlight movie, so I spent a day filled with sparkle ⇔ glitter by watching Starlight at mozo in the morning and King of Prism Tour 4DX at Nakagawa in the afternoon, making good use of the Donichi Eco Kippu.
If only the half-brothers could have opened up and had a one-on-one fight in the Revue...

Now, I thought the Saniwa work would settle down after the Tokubi collaboration exhibition period ended, but while the Tokubi-gumi are staying home, this time Sohaya-kun became the commander-in-chief of the Eastern Army at Sekigahara!
There was also a panel exhibition at Ogaki Castle as a collaboration, and I aimed for a continuous jump with the Ogaki Corona 4DX... but the times didn't match up with the first screening of the morning. It was still a time when the outcome of Sekigahara hadn't been decided.

Since 109 was an evening screening, I invited the Saniwa Elite who was with me to go to the tour before taking the Shinkansen from Nagoya, and they joined me.

During Yamada-san's show, I could make a gloomy face like Mitsunari, saying Ah, I lost Sekigahara...—today is the day to do that!! (I said it. Satisfied.)

☝ September 15th is not only the Battle of Sekigahara, but also the birthday of George, Pompom's sworn friend.
The Halloween-themed soft vinyl figure released this year was a clown, so I brought it along thinking, 'That's George!'
Since I had an executive seat at the theater, I placed my hug-sized pudding plush on the table and watched the movie together. Pudding is also saying, 'Happy Birthday, George-kun.'

I really thought I should settle down, as going to the movies about 10 times leads to unexpected expenses that really add up... wait, they're doing Route 5, which was semi-transparent!?!?

☝ When I started watching, everyone was already used to the story, so it was fun to experience the chaos of a theater full of first-timers for the first time.

Around this time, I was also studying Rainbow Live, looking back at the world-building, Prism Shows, Over The Rainbow's past, and the state of the Three Greats.
But... I wanted to delve deeper into Hijiri Himuro and like him more, but...Favorability -10 billion ...it became... wa...

The thing is, June-chan is a woman who is much more my type than Hijiri, and I just can't stand this man who keeps making insensitive remarks without noticing June-chan's feelings and keeps tossing his hair around 💢.
Is this guy really okay? But if that's what June-chan wants... I guess it can't be helped... If you make her cry next time, I will never forgive you, keep that in mind 😠🫵💢💢

I said I'd settle down, but a 'Big Hit Thank You' stage greeting is a different story. It's always like that.
No, but I wanted to see Route 5 one more time, and there's a feeling that each theater is about to end its run, so I decided to go contribute one last time.

☝ Midland's concession stand doesn't rotate very well, so if you're on the 2nd floor, you can buy things faster at the donut shop on the 1st floor.

By the way, as I mentioned earlier, only the current short-haired Hijiri struck a chord with me, but with the Tour branding, they kept releasing new merchandise of short-haired Hijiri... I thought, 'If I get everything, there's no end to it, so I'll just get the one where he's winking' 😉.
As a producer for a genuine winking idol, where 2/3 to 3/3 of the 49 SideM idols have new illustrations of them winking, I especially like the art where Hijiri is winking too.

I said it was the last time, but I've never seen 'Dora' in a movie theater... so this is also a different story...!!

Together with a mutual elite who became interested in SideM live shows because of the collaboration, it was a continuous jump from the Fan Con Cheering HMSW (Beit & Saisoku Ichikon) to the Dora Tour.
As expected, Odaka announced that it would end on 10/16, so this might be the last tour in Aichi Prefecture... maybe... 😭
Watching my neighbor happily think, 'It's been a year, so I might not be able to cheer at all!' -> 'No way,' I was happy to participate in the parts I had watched on stream, thinking how fun it would be to pledge and sing along in a movie theater.

I thought they would keep it going until the end of the year, or at least until Hijiri's birthday, so I feel lonely, but the days I was allowed to ride this big wave from the SideM collaboration were truly fun 😭.
When it gets cold, I tend to feel down, but going to see King of Prism was such a wonderful movie that naturally gave me life energy and motivation.

Thank you to the seniors who accompanied me, and to all the elites I happened to meet at each screening! I love participating myself, but I also love watching everyone else's cheering!!

Prism crafting (sewing?) process

Somehow, just following my passion, I made Hijiri's costume in September because I had free time, even though I had no plans to wear it. I think later, 'I wish I could have liked Hijiri more comprehensively...'
I like Hijiri's show. I don't really care for Hijiri himself. The agony of a twisted otaku.

Conclusion

For me, who only likes Hijiri's show from halfway through, I realized that going to the theater while the tour is exciting is justice. This was, so to speak, a one-summer love, a Sa-yo-na-ra Summer Holiday......

Once the tour is over, I wonder if there will be any chance to see Hijiri's show in the future... even this time, I was teased so much to finally get here, right...

Eh...
You mean movie theaters will keep finding reasons to keep re-screening it forever, so as long as I don't mind the location, I can still board?
