The One Question You Should Ask for Mental Detox
Greetings.
I am Hiromi Kajita, a modern-day hermit (lol), and I share concrete methods for those who want to protect their family's health and their own lives with their own strength!
I held a "Mental Detox Seminar" on the 7th.
I received very thoughtful feedback from those who attended and those who watched the recording.
Many of them said...
o That perspective was new to me
o I wish I had known this sooner
o Traditional Chinese Medicine x Psychology is incredible
These were voices of surprise.
Today, I would like to share the feedback from one of them.
(Feedback starts here↓↓↓)
The talk on mental detox was another eye-opening experience, and I learned something very important.
I wish they had taught us this in nursing school.
We do assessments of mind and body, but the idea that one's way of life can be seen through symptoms—Traditional Chinese Medicine is amazing.
It reminded me of my father, who suffered from diabetes, as well as my husband's friends who passed away from lung cancer or cirrhosis.
As for myself, I often have issues with my teeth (gums), and I watched while thinking about such things.
What is this ailment trying to make me realize?
Things like the currently popular inner child or toxic parent topics.
The idea that I chose that mother, and that it even connects to prenatal memories.
I am going to start learning Qigong, and it feels like the information I have been picking up little by little is finally connecting the dots.
I have a hard time remembering the emotions associated with organs, but knowing this will be something rich for me.
(Feedback ends here↑↑↑)
Thank you very much for your thoughtful feedback.
Organs have emotions.
Those emotions appear directly in the body.
People can easily lie, but the body cannot.
Using physical symptoms as clues, we unravel suppressed emotions through the power of words.
Unpleasant things,
painful things,
a past you don't want to remember—
if you are alive, you will experience various things.
Even I, who seem to have no worries at all, have a past I don't want to remember. Lol
Why do you think that unpleasant past is bothering to stay in your heart?
It is a signpost that your <treasure> is buried there.
That is why you remember it for decades and decades.
(Even though you don't remember your breakfast menu from a week ago, right? Lol)
Will you leave that past as it is?
Or will you dig it up and turn it into treasure?
We can choose with our own will.
In this seminar, while introducing concrete examples, I presented the one question I want you to ask for the sake of mental detox.
Regarding that seminar...
The recording is still available.
For those who couldn't attend in real-time,
those who forgot to sign up,
and those who became interested after reading this message,
would you like to learn from it now?
Those participating in the Qigong class can watch it for free.
Those who are not participating can watch it for 3,300 yen.
If you are interested, please send a message to Hiromi Kajita saying "Request to watch."
【Application to watch the Mental Detox Seminar recording】
The viewing period for the seminar (recording) is until midnight on October 19th.
It will not be playable on the 20th, so please watch it before then.
Also, as a gift for seminar participants, I am including a private consultation with Hiromi Kajita.
The deadline for that application is also the 19th.
I would be very happy if this one question could become the trigger for your leap forward.
Have the best day of your life today as well☆彡
