[Self-Introduction] How did I go from an annual income of 2 million yen to 8 million yen? I will explain the "mechanisms" and "choices" that turn your life around.
Nice to meet you.
My name is **Kaito Matsuda**.
Thank you for opening this page.
I am a marketer who writes while working for a company in Shikoku.
I have a question for everyone, if I may.
“Aren't you always thinking about what you are 'lacking'?”
No money, no time, no breathing room...
I understand that feeling of counting only the things you 'don't have' all too well.
That is because for the ten years since I was in my 20s, I lived as a 'professional at finding what I lack' (laughs).
But please, rest assured.
What I want to convey in this note is not a story of harsh discipline, nor is it mere mental theory.
I am going to explain the
**'fun mechanisms that turn life around'and'how to increase your options'** that you haven't noticed yet.
Let me tell you a little bit about my **'painful story.'**
I used to have the thought process typical of a 'person who isn't doing well' perfectly, and sadly so.
“The world is cruel.”
“No one will help me.”
“There isn't a single good thing about me.”
That is how I set the difficulty of my life to 'hard mode' on my own.
As a result, what awaited me in my mid-30s was an annual income in the 2 million yen range and a layoff notice.
Most people would call that 'rock bottom.'
However, this is where the story takes a major turn for the better.
It was triggered by some shocking words from a boss.
“Matsuda, take the world a little less seriously! If you don't know the answer, read a book!”
I had been told to 'work three times harder than others,' but I had never been told to 'take life less seriously.'
At first glance, it sounds irresponsible, doesn't it?
But 'take it less seriously' here does not mean curling up in bed and escaping reality.
It means **'lowering the importance'** of the pressure that is tormenting you.
Try thinking about it calmly and objectively (optimistically) for once.
Is what you are currently furrowing your brow and worrying about really that 'serious' in the grand scheme of your life?
With those words, I realized, 'I must discard this despairing mindset as soon as possible!'
I was struck by that realization.
And so, I chose a life where I absorbed plenty of 'knowledge' I didn't have from books, and found 'gratitude' and 'advantages' in the small **events (excitement)** of every day.
Then, something unbelievable happened.
The "quality" of my work improved dramatically.
Because I gained peace of mind, my relationships with those around me became smoother, and as a result, my annual income as a company employee rose to 8 million yen, four times what it was at the time.
This is neither magic nor a miracle.
If you change the "direction of your focus (interpretation)," the "reality (results)" will follow.
It is simply a matter of honestly practicing that obvious "equation of life."
I am not a great business teacher.
However, as a "very ordinary senior" who has the experience of crawling up from the bottom, I have many "bright equations" that I can share with you.
If you are currently stuck in your work or life, it is not because you lack ability or luck.
It is just that you have slightly misbuttoned the button of "how you receive things."
In this note, I will talk in an easy-to-understand way about the "mechanisms to turn life around" that I learned through my own real-life experiences.
So that you can welcome a life that is brighter and lighter than mine.
Now, from here, I will introduce the
**"3 Learning Magazines"**
that I have prepared.
Shall we look together at which theme you need right now?
Please take it easy while you are looking at this note.
1. A record of my way of life (story)
Magazine name: "The Complete Record of How I Crawled Up from the Bottom of Despair"
This magazine is my starting point, and it is a room intended to be a **"textbook for life (sharing success stories)."**
An annual income of 2 million yen, debt, layoffs...
I have written down the "despair" I once tasted and the "miracle (trajectory)" of how I crawled up from it as an 11-part story.
How should you think when you think, "It's over"?
The "way of thinking (mindset)" and "magic of words" that turned my life around
I want those who are currently in the darkness to read this. "It's okay, there is no night that doesn't end," the past me sends a cheer to you now.
2. Work & Practice Room (Solutions)
Magazine Name: "Prescriptions for the Small Business Frontline: Management Theory for Developing People and Increasing Sales"
This is a room where I, as an active marketer and manager, share concrete know-how for achieving results at "work."
I provide "prescriptions based on real experience," not armchair theories, for the common problems that occur on the front lines.
The technique of letting go of "it's faster if I do it myself" and growing a team
The "one perspective" you should review when sales aren't growing
To leaders and business people who worry that "even though I'm working hard, it's not paying off."
I will give you a "map" here so you don't spin your wheels anymore.
🔰 First, please try reading this one article This is the "first episode" of this room, written about a "certain misunderstanding" that many leaders fall into.

3. Rest Room (Daily Life & Healing)
Magazine Name: "9th Year of Vegetable Gardening! Real Home Gardening: Failures and Discoveries" Magazine Name: "[Daily Life] Living and Learning from My 50s"
Finally, no difficult topics at all!
This is an essay room where I write about my beloved "home garden" and the little
"excitements (events)"
I feel in my daily life.
I record, just as they are, the "simple laws of life" I was taught while touching the soil and growing vegetables, as well as my new challenges from my 50s (such as my business trip to Makuhari).
If you are tired of studying, please come to this room.
I hope you can feel warm and cozy, as if you were drinking tea on a veranda.
In conclusion: Life is a series of "choices"
Thank you so much for reading this far.
Finally, there is one thing I want to tell you.
That is, "You can choose your life over again at any time."
The me who was in despair back then, and the me who lives with fulfillment and a sense of security now.
Actually, the current me does not grit my teeth and work hard, or sacrifice sleep to put in effort...
What I changed was just the "choice" of
"choosing the more enjoyable path whenever possible (this doesn't mean being self-centered!)."
Will you give up on life and look down, thinking, "It's all over"?
Or will you look forward, thinking, "This might be an opportunity"?
The accumulation of many "small, exciting choices" will eventually create the grand story that is your life.
If you are afraid to choose on your own, please come to my note.
Here, I have prepared "methods" for you to wholeheartedly accept your own choices and live positively.
Let's change life to be more "sweet" and "fun" together.
Please feel free to stay and relax here from now on as well.
Kaito Matsuda
▼ [NEW] One of the "mechanisms" that turned my life around. Work becomes fun just by changing how you "approach" each day of the week. I have compiled the specific methods here.
