My Little One (Planner)
It's starting to be that time of year when people talk about next year's planners.
Hobonichi, Midori, Takahashi, and Nolty.
What kind of planners do you all like?
I'm not really a heavy planner user, so lately I've been using regular notebooks exclusively.
Among them, there is one planner I buy simply because I want to own it.
That would be the B7 size EDiT.
It's my smallest one.
It's a one-page-per-day planner, so it's quite thick.
A while ago I used to call it smartphone-sized, but now my smartphone might actually be bigger.
But when you hold it stacked with a smartphone, it has a great fit and is such a lovely little thing.
They released a notebook in the same size last year.
I haven't bought that one yet.
I think this is my third one, starting from 2023?
Yeah, I started buying them in 2020 because it felt like a good starting point, so that's right.
I've had lavender, white, and this year I'm using black.
There were new colors and some pretty ones, but since I get bored easily, I buy colors I've always liked and won't tire of, or colors and character concepts I'm into at that time of year.

I put a fox mask sticker from B-SIDE on it, and it just felt right, so it's become a favorite.
I love it.
I was never really good at writing on small paper, so I scribble my daily to-do lists in an A5 notebook.
So, after thinking about what to use this little one for, I decided to make it a diary this year.
I'm writing in it every day, even if I'm a bit behind.
The contents are just text, so it's not Instagrammable at all.
But EDiT is great because you can use fountain pens!
And the layout is simple, too!!
I'm still debating whether to buy the planner or the notebook next year, thinking maybe the notebook would be fine.
The notebook version is a bit thinner than the one-page-per-day planner.
Maybe not quite half, but it's a bit thinner.
Also, I really want to line them up, so it's nice to have the year printed on them.
Yeah, exactly.
But I wonder what I'll use it for next year.
When you start keeping multiple planners, the problem of 'what should I use this one for' comes up, doesn't it?
I have so many notebooks that for the past few years I've been putting all my effort into using them up.
It's bad because when I like something, I end up buying a whole handful of them.
Every day, I never run out of notebooks, planners, pens, or ink I want to use.
I don't have enough hands or enough time.
