[#2 If You're Going to Feel Your Heart Race Anyway, Make It Love] Let's Take Back Control of Your Heart with a "Give Me a Break!"
When you are,
・being scolded
・having failed at something
・having had an unpleasant experience
or other such
moments of unpleasant palpitations,
can you really think,
"Alright, let's get excited♪"?
……If it were that easy, we wouldn't be struggling, would we?
Therefore, I'm going to use
a more down-to-earth methodto go and take back control!
※If you have severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, feel like you might faint, or if palpitations continue for days,
please go to the hospital immediately for these kinds of heart palpitations!!
Last time,
Palpitations are often not an "abnormality," but a malfunction
There are "defensive" and "offensive" types of palpitations
We should... actually know what "good heart-racing" feels like from the past.
I talked about these things.
This time, this is part 2 of the blog where we think together
about how to improve
unpleasant "palpitations."
If you'd like,
it will be more effective
if you read it along with part 1.

Today is Saturday, but
with the faint hope that some of you might be curious about the continuation from yesterday,
I dared to post at 7 AM.
It makes you restless when you're curious about what happens next, right?
Wait, you're not curious? ...My bad 🐸
(Actually, I kind of feel like 7 AM is fine for weekends and holidays too...)
The idea of switching from anxiety to "anger"
When we are anxious or afraid, we
think it's our own fault
think we are weak
think we are wrong
We tend to enter that mode.
In psychology, this is sometimes called
the "Flight response".
A very effective way
to break out of this is—
"Don't mess with me!"😠
That emotion is anger!
(Ah, even though it's the point of this blog, I'm not good with strong expressions, geko😭
But it's actually quite effective!)
Right now, you're scared in "Flight" mode, but
by daring to get angry, you can flip the switch to "Fight" mode,
and turn it into energy to stand your ground!
That's what this is about.
◇ Anger is a "Sign of Recovery"
Actually, in the world of counseling,
it's sometimes said that feeling anger is a sign of recovery.
Feeling nothing (freeze)
Constantly blaming yourself
Rather than being in this state,
The evaluation criteria are wrong
This world is too unreasonable
It's considered
much healthierto direct your anger outward.
◇ Misconceptions About Anger Management
"Anger should be suppressed"
Don't you think so?
True anger management is said to be
not about erasing anger, but about how to use it.
Anger can be,
a way to increase your drive to act
a way to regain control
a way to protect your boundaries
It can even become
positive fuel!
◇ "Finding a Villain" is a Temporary Refuge
If you've been feeling down for more than three days,
let's take a break from the reflection phase for now.
It's okay to do this for a limited time.
They're the ones at fault
The system is bad
The timing is bad
The explanation was insufficient, the manual is bad, and
why am I the only one struggling? Why on earth do I have to take responsibility from my second year...
Why is it that when I notice, the senior is gone from the server room!?
And why do questions meant for the senior keep coming to me...
Ahem, what were we talking about again? lol
Oh, right, lol
Like this, instead of feeling down,
let's get furious!
The world is at fault!
Let's blame the Earth's gravity and its orbit!
It's the failed laws of physics that are to blame!
I don't think that "getting angry" is always bad!
Sometimes, I believe that getting angry is the right thing to do.
So, it's okay!
◇ Getting a racing heart from the "future"
Even so, I don't feel like getting angry.
How should I get angry?
I'm not good at getting angry.
Some of you might say that.
For those people...
Let me make a slightly strange proposal here.
When you're having an unpleasant racing heart,
let's reserve a racing heart for the future!
Register for a matching app
Book a singles party
Sign up for an event you've never done before
Book a restaurant you've never been to alone
Book a restaurant that serves game meat like crocodile
Book a bungee jump
Book a session to throw plates and axes at "REEAST ROOM"
and so on
The key is that it is 'unknown'.
A shop you've been curious about,
a course (like at a hair salon) that was a bit too expensive to try.
Go ahead and book something like that—something you've never done before!
◇ Tricking the Brain
Let's interpret it this way.
Oh, the reason my heart is racing right now is because of that reservation. No wonder I'm nervous.
The reason can be an afterthought.
The brain
can only process one reason for a racing heart at a time
. So, let's overwrite it.
◇ Anger + AI → Solution
If you've found the target of your 'anger,' this flow is quite modern and recommended.
Get angry and say, 'Don't mess with me!'
Blame the world and stand up
Pour it all out to an AI
Consult with the AI to calm down and think about your next move
Use 'anger as fuel' and have 'AI do the thinking.' This way, you even get a solution.
Finally
Unpleasant palpitations, the heartbeat of anxiety. If you've been dealing with them properly, it's not your fault. You've already dealt with enough.
And, if your heart is still racing, it just means you haven't decided how to use that energy yet.
If your heart is going to race anyway,
not for the past
not for someone you dislike
let's use it for the future!
You only live once,
so let's live by doing what we want to do.
・~・~・~・~・~・~・
[A word from 🐸]
As an HSP,
I often had "palpitations" when I was a company employee.
Because my heart was racing,
I would sometimes
drive myself into a corner.
But, I found that work progressed better when I just snapped,
"Hey, this isn't my fault!"
If you're not going to finish your work and can't go home,
just snap out of it, finish the work,
and go home and eat some Jagariko!
(Oh, it doesn't have to be Jagariko,
your favorite snack is fine! lol)

Otamakichi:
Thank you so much
for reading until the end!
Look forward to the next one~

Kokopa:
I was so surprised when I got the notification!
In the beginning, 300 views felt like such a long way off,
but 3,000...
I am truly able to keep going
thanks to everyone's follows.
Thank you so much!
Today's article was the finale.
How was it?
I'm planning a standalone article for tomorrow!
Also, since I thought the content was suitable for the morning,
even though it's Sunday, I'm planning to post it at 7:00 AM.
Please, everyone, feel free to drop by if you feel like it.
Yeah, I really thought it was fine for the two of us to be in one slot.
It's so... a little lonely...

◇ Just one recommended blog
