Back when I first started FX, I was always worried about 'not having enough time.' But you know, once I figured out how to manage my time, I saw how to balance household budgeting and FX.

When I was an office worker, I would check the charts during my 15-minute lunch break and review the market on my commute. The important thing isn't to 'be glued to the screen for hours,' but to 'decide when you will trade.' In my case, I would map out the day's scenario in my head while getting ready in the morning, and I decided to only enter trades during my lunch break or for 30 minutes after getting home.
Because I have a laid-back personality, I realized that if I rushed and tried to force myself to find time to trade, my housework, my job, and my FX trading would all end up half-baked. Even if I cut into my gym time to maintain my physique just to look at the charts, the stress only made my results worse.
Just like keeping a household account book, I decide that 'this is the only time' for FX. This sense of balance is the secret to how I manage both. Because the time is limited, I'm able to focus and make high-quality decisions.
