My Unique FX Rules for Not Getting Swayed by Information Overload on Social Media

When I first started FX, my biggest problem was social media. Every time I opened Instagram or Twitter, someone would be posting, "This is how you win!", and I couldn't help but feel swayed. With my laid-back personality, I would try to test this and that until I was exhausted, and in the end, I spent my days without achieving any results.

At that time, I felt that "information literacy" was important. In other words, it means taking a breath and thinking, "Is this really necessary for me?" instead of taking the information you see at face value. From there, I gradually created my own unique rules. For example, small decisions like "only look at social media for 15 minutes a day" or "don't look at other people's opinions before trading."

By following the rules, my mind calmed down and my frustration decreased. It's the same feeling as being able to resist snacks while being conscious of your body shape. Precisely because we live in an era of information overload, I believe that having your own personal rules that suit you will ultimately make it easier to approach FX.
