The result, of course, was that my losses would steadily grow, and there were nights I cried in front of the screen.
But one day, I realized something.
It's that 'the reason you can't cut losses isn't because you have a weak will, but because that's how the brain is wired.'
The human brain strongly dislikes 'finalizing a loss.'
That's why, while staring at the chart, we end up engaging in wishful thinking like 'just a little bit more...'
The moment I understood this fact, my heart felt a little lighter.
Winning at FX trading isn't just about technique; it's also about 'how you handle your own brain.'

The answer I finally reached was 'creating a system that eliminates emotions.'

It means clarifying your own rules and setting up a 'system' to execute those rules.
Since adopting this mindset, I've been freed from the anxiety and impatience I felt while watching the charts.
When you have peace of mind, your judgments naturally become calmer, and as a result, your trading performance stabilizes.
For me, automation was a 'kindness that keeps a distance from emotions.'
How to set up a 'trading environment' to avoid being defeated by emotions
There are several points to trading FX without being swayed by emotions.
Write down your rules in 'text' beforehand
Rules decided in your head are easily swept away by waves of emotion.
By writing them down on paper or in a notebook, the rules take shape as 'something real.'Do not increase the number of judgments during trading
