What is Carnivore?
You hear the word "carnivore" a lot lately.
Literally translated, it means "meat-eating."
But it's a bit different from just being a meat lover.
To put it simply—
👉 It's an animal-based diet style that follows the human body's original blueprint.
This is carnivore.
🥩 Why "meat"?
The human digestive system is,
actually better at processing animal-based foods than plant-based ones.
・Stomach acid is extremely strong
・Short intestines (= a structure that can absorb meat before it spoils)
・Essential amino acids and essential fatty acids are all found in meat
Actually, humans are built quite "meat-oriented."
Carnivore is not a "diet of deprivation."
It's often misunderstood, but it is not:
✖ "A stoic weight-loss method"
✖ "An ascetic lifestyle"
It's actually the opposite,
👉 You aren't chased by hunger, you feel highly satisfied, and your physical condition stays stable.
Since there are fewer spikes and crashes in blood sugar,
the causes of irritability and fatigue start to disappear.
🥚 So what do you eat?
The basics are simple.
Meat, eggs, and fish. That's it.
In addition to this, those who are more relaxed might include:
・Butter
・Cheese
My style is around here 👇
・Staple food: Egg carnivore bread
・Side dish: Chicken + organ meat
・Snacks: Basically none... but,
sometimes I make a "mock cake" with animal-based heavy cream and egg bread,
and there are days when I give in to temptation and have some Tabekko Aquarium (chocolate).
Since continuing loosely is the best way,
I just go with the flow.
🌱 Why reduce plants?
Plants contain nutrients that are difficult for the human body to use,
and conversely, components that cause stress (lectins, phytic acid, etc.).
Dietary fiber in particular is often thought to be "good for the gut," but
because it isn't digested, gut bacteria have to do a lot of work,
which can actually easily disrupt the balance.
🔥 Benefits of carnivore (based on personal experience)
・Body fat drops
・Skin becomes clearer
・Irritability decreases
・Satiety is sharp and clear
・It's just plain easy
The more of a health geek you are, the more you tend to feel like you "can't go back..."
Summary: Carnivore is a rediscovery of a "human-appropriate diet."
It might look extreme, but
in reality, it's actually more natural and simple.
It is the most basic dietary method
to have a body that "eats properly and moves properly."
