Measuring happiness as mother and daughter
Good morning.
This is Mamanosuke (^^♪
Even though work should be tough,
for some reason my daughter has two days off in a row (◎_◎;)
Why do you have two days off (・・?
The workplace is short-staffed, so is that okay (・・?
“I covered all the days my senior took off,
so I had to adjust that
during this shift,
which is why I got these days off (^O^)/”
You covered all of your senior's days off, daughter? Σ(・ω・ノ)ノ!
That must have been tough!
“Well, someone had to cover them,
so it couldn't be helped (◞‸◟)”
But I don't think you needed to cover all of them!!
“I guess so. Everyone at work
was worried about me,
and a lot of people asked me, 'Are you okay (・・?'
(∀`*ゞ) hehe”
I get asked 'Are you okay (・・?' a lot too.
It seems both mother and daughter have a corporate slave mentality (⌒▽⌒) Hahaha!
“True (⌒▽⌒) Hahaha!”
A corporate slave mentality and a spirit of self-sacrifice aren't good, are they? 💦
I've been feeling my limits lately too ( 一一)
“But you end up doing it anyway, don't you? ( 一一)”
At times like this, I recommend a psychological test
to understand yourself right now (^O^)/
Let's try a test to measure happiness today!
Apparently there's something called a PQ evaluation ( *´艸`)
(PQ is a score that indicates happiness)
They say if you answer questions about how you felt
in the last 24 hours, you can understand your current state of mind (^O^)/
“That's like 'being in the now,' right? ( *´艸`)”
The test is just answering questions over 4 pages like this!

“But this kind of thing is a hassle ( 一一)”
Then, I'll read them out for you!!
Question 1
How much were you interested in, fascinated by, or absorbed in something?
"Hmm... not really (一一)"
Question②(^O^)/.....Answer(/*・・)o
Question③(^O^)/.....Answer(/*・・)o
Question④(^O^)/.....Answer(/*・・)o
We measured our PQ (Potentiality Quotient) together!
We measured it!
And then... it turned into a rather long report,
and I got my PQ value back with an explanation ( *´艸`)
(It's a free test, but it's quite substantial Σ(・ω・ノ)ノ!)
The results were... Mom in the 50s (一一)
And my daughter in the 20s Σ(・ω・ノ)ノ!

This is bad!! 75 is the turning point for the PQ value!
Apparently, being in the 20s means a low-performance state Σ(・ω・ノ)ノ!
"So, what should we do (。´・ω・)?"
It seems the details are written in this book...
(Please read it if you are interested ('ω')ノ)
Since I can't read the book right now,
let's try doing what we can immediately!!
I haven't done it lately,
but I can start looking for good things right away (^O^)/
"Come to think of it, I haven't done that lately (~_~;)
It's a hassle to recall good things, but..."
Then, Mom will ask you three good things that happened today
every day, my daughter!(^^)!
"I might be able to do that ( *´艸`)"
It seems my daughter's happiness level has dropped significantly
due to stress at work (一一)
But since both Mom and daughter are adults now,
we have to take care of our own moods!!
So, what we can do now is...
Supplement the missing positivity!!
First, find three good things at the end of the day
and recharge your own positivity(^^♪
If you'd like, please try measuring your own PQ value (happiness level)
and finding three good things a day
as well (^O^)/
Thank you for listening to our family's story today
(人''▽`)Thank you very much
