My dream has come true — I’ve published “Ayano’s Caregiving Diary” as a Kindle eBook!
📢 I am excited to share that I have published my very first eBook, “Ayano’s Caregiving Diary,” on Kindle!
It had been a quiet dream of mine for some time, so finally achieving it makes me truly happy☺️
⸻
📖 About the Book
This diary tells the story of my earliest days as a brand-new caregiver—
the tension of my first day in uniform,
the mistakes and tears I experienced,
the lessons I learned from my seniors,
and the moving moments when a simple “thank you” from a resident saved my heart.
Originally, these stories began as a series of posts on note (episodes 1 through 8).
Thanks to advice from my note followers—“Why not try publishing on Kindle?”—
I took that encouragement and greatly expanded and revised each chapter, finally bringing them together into one book.
Through these pages you’ll find:
• The trembling voice of my first day on the floor
• How I learned the importance of hospitality (omotenashi) from a senior’s kind words
• Nights of failure and tears, but also the healing power of gratitude from residents
Caregiving is not only about “skills” or “physical strength.”
It is sustained by human connection, by words, gestures, and trust.
This book is my attempt to capture those small steps, written in my own plain and honest voice.
⸻
💡 Recommended for:
• Those just beginning a career in caregiving
• Families caring for loved ones at home
• Anyone who thinks “caregiving must be so hard” but wants to know what it’s really like
⸻
✍️ In Closing
The voices and encouragement of my note readers gave me the push I needed to turn this dream into reality.
I am deeply grateful.
If this book can offer even a little courage or inspiration to those involved in caregiving, or to those preparing to step into this field, it will mean so much to me.
I would be truly encouraged to hear your thoughts and impressions after reading✨
