To grow, you need love, nutrition, and space
I tend to give too much love and attention to things that are important to me...
Whether it's plants or people.
No matter the subject, if there isn't a certain amount of space,
in the end, 'nurturing' is not a success.
Just like how if you sow many seeds and many sprouts come up,
they won't grow big unless you thin them out,
whether it's raising your own children or taking care of someone else's,
if you do everything for them, that child cannot become independent.
For the elderly, too, it is often not good to do everything for them or restrict them just because it might be dangerous.

In Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga,
digestive power is considered very important,
where what you eat and drink is burned by the fire of digestion to become nutrition,
and carried to the necessary parts of the body.
And it is said that without a certain amount of room, space, or gaps, it cannot be completed in the end.
↑ The reason why it is said that eating until you are 80% full is good
(Also, we are able to move because there is a certain amount of space in our joints and spine)
In everything, leeway, gaps, and space are important,
that was the message I received today.
