Snack Joyzo Vol. 40 - Soccer Night -
Hello everyone! I'm Uchikawa, a member of the June snack management team!
This time, I'm bringing you a report on
“Snack Joyzo Vol. 40 - Soccer Night -” held on June 20th!
You can find reports on previous Snack Joyzo events in our note magazine, so please take a look.
This snack event was Soccer Night ⚽️

For this Soccer Night, we wanted to make sure everyone could enjoy it, whether they love soccer or
“don't really know much about it...” So, we invited a guest for a “Soccer x Business” talk, held a team-based fun soccer quiz, and even had some small prizes 🎁
We started this with the hope that Soccer Night would become a moment where people could interact with all sorts of others!
Guest Talk 📣 “J.League by the Numbers” Economic Impact by Mr. Kadoya

First, a talk on “J.League by the Numbers” by our technical advisor, Mr. Kadoya.
The J.League is Japan's professional soccer league, divided into three divisions: J1, J2, and J3. It started in 1993, and clubs exist all over the country. A key feature is that the clubs are deeply rooted in their local communities.
In the 2025 J.League, there are 20 teams each in J1, J2, and J3, for a total of 60 teams, and there are clubs in 41 prefectures!
And when a team is promoted to J1... the economic impact is incredible!
For Fagiano Okayama, which was promoted to J1 for the first time this year, it is said that there was an economic impact of approximately 5.4 billion yen (an increase of 2.33 billion yen from the 3.07 billion yen in the J2 era!). As the number of spectators increases, “spectator consumption” in local dining, lodging, and transportation grows, energizing the entire city.
Also, the “J.League Club Management Guide,” which he introduced and which is openly published, is a must-see!
It summarizes J.League attendance trends, financial results for each club, and management materials, making it a convenient resource where you can see the club's revenue structure at a glance!
And the tournament that the top 3 teams in the J1 League and the Emperor's Cup winner can participate in is the ACLE (AFC Champions League Elite)!
In this tournament to decide the best in Asia, all participating teams receive $800,000 (approx. 110 million yen), and the winner receives $10 million (approx. 1.44 billion yen) in prize money!
The Kawasaki Frontale team that Mr. Kadoya supports also participated and made it to the finals!
The match was held in Saudi Arabia, and the kickoff was at 1:20 AM Japan time. Despite that, passionate support erupted in Japan as well.
A live viewing was held at 109 Cinemas Kawasaki (Lazona Kawasaki Plaza 5F), and many supporters gathered!
Although the result was unfortunately a runner-up finish, the venue was filled with excitement despite the late hour, and it was truly a moment when “Kawasaki's night was all about soccer”.

And next month, a new type of event will be held where Mr. Kadoya, who gave our guest talk this time, will be speaking!
“Kin-J,” an event connecting regions, DX, and sports
“Kin-J” is a new type of business event where people who love the J.League and kintone gather to connect “regions,” “DX,” and “sports.”
As a Nagoya Grampus supporter, I signed up immediately ⚽️
Team-based 🔥 soccer quiz that even soccer beginners can enjoy ⚽️

Next is a fun quiz corner about soccer!
You don't need to be an expert on soccer; we prepared 4-choice questions that teams can enjoy together.
Why don't you try one question along with us!

Have you decided on your answer? Well then, the answer is...................?!?!?

It was B! How was it?
We prepared a total of 7 questions, including questions about soccer manga, questions about the cheer managers for the All Japan High School Soccer Tournament, and even some slightly geeky ones.
Each group discussed for about 30 seconds to come up with their answers and announced them by raising their hands. Everyone was truly serious!
Thanks to that, the soccer quiz was a huge success!

Gift time for all participants 🎁
This time, true to the "Soccer Night" theme, the organizing members selected soccer-related gifts!
The identity of the gift is... chocolate wafers with real-life cards of the Japan national soccer team!
The rare cards are a special edition featuring gold foil-printed player signatures ✨
It was a fun time as people asked, "Who did you get?" or "Want to trade?", and we even held mini-interviews with those who pulled rare or special rare cards.

Social time, lively with soccer and non-soccer topics alike 🎉
During the subsequent social time, soccer discussions broke out between people wearing their favorite team's jerseys, and voices could be heard saying, "Actually, we have things in common outside of soccer too!" Regardless of soccer, the venue was wrapped in a lively and friendly atmosphere from start to finish, and the social time came to an end ✨

Will that excitement 🔥 return for the next Snack Joyzo!?
And as Soccer Night reached its final stages, during the announcement time for next month's Snack Joyzo, a video suddenly appeared on the screen...!
What on earth is about to start!? Here is the truth!
