My first post. I was creating a diagnostic test to help organize the mind 🌿 Awareness is the beginning of healing
I am a therapist at a counseling room, a clinical psychologist, and a licensed psychologist.
This post is a revised version of the article I wrote when I first started on note in June 2025,
looking back at it from the perspective of four months later.
🌱 The thoughts behind my first post
Spending a long time in the field of psychological support, I have often heard people say,
If only I had noticed my habitual ways of thinking sooner,
I might have been able to live a little more easily.
That is precisely why I want to deliver psychology to daily life in a gentle way.
Before you blame yourself, I want you to regain the power of awareness.
With that wish in my heart, I still remember the nervousness and warmth of the day I first opened note.
💡 What are habitual ways of thinking?
・Feeling uneasy unless everything goes perfectly
・Being too concerned about how others see or evaluate you
・Only unpleasant things remain in your mind
Everyone has these thought patterns.
However, when they become too strong, the mind feels cramped.
In psychology, this tendency is called "cognitive distortion,"
and it is considered to be deeply related to how we experience stress and the difficulties of living.
🧭 When I was creating the diagnostic test
At that time, I was combining AI and Google Forms
to create a self-diagnostic test
where you could understand your thinking tendencies just by answering 15 questions.
I kept refining the design so that it could be done easily on a smartphone
and the results would be displayed immediately.
Through this trial, I think the desire to make psychological knowledge more accessible
gradually took shape.
🌸 Thoughts looking back now
When I wrote this post,
I felt the difficulty of conveying my thoughts in words, and at the same time,
I felt the warmth of connecting with people for the first time.
Although nothing was organized yet,
I feel that through writing, a quiet light was lit deep within my heart.
Looking back now,
that first step was the beginning of everything.
🌿 In my membership,
I provide self-care and ways to organize your thoughts from a psychologist's perspective.
Let's cultivate habits for your mind at your own pace.
